It has been just over a year since my surgery with Dr. Robb, and I still think back to the whole experience and how grateful I am to have done this with him and his team. It took me almost 15 years to get the strength to do this for myself, and my only regret is waiting so long! From the consultations to the surgery and beyond, the experience was exceptional. I still fondly remember Dr. Robb praying upon me as I was anxiously awaiting surgery and so scared. I can't put into words how I felt in that moment and the emotions that took over me. I knew I was in great hands and I can't thank him enough for being so gentle with me. My surgery went very well and I recovered quite quickly with the help of the hyperbaric chamber. My results are *the bomb* and every single day I look in the mirror seeing the person that I know was so deserving of this surgery. I lived long enough without a defined chin and neckline and was so self conscious when people would point it out. Now I feel more like I can be myself and confident. One thing I can say is that if you are considering a procedure that is going to improve your confidence and self-esteem, but are afraid it will be selfish or silly, just do it for yourself... and do it with Dr. Robb.

The staff was so warm and welcoming! I flew in from New York for lip fillers. Dawn was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and explained the process so well. I had to go into Dr. Robb’s for an ear procedure. I was extremely nervous about the pain of the procedure and worried how the results would turn out. When I first walked in I was welcomed with nothing but kindness from every single person. They made me feel as comfortable as possible and made sure I was relaxed. Their whole operation is extremely well organized and everybody was hands on. The entire staff are probably the kindest people you will ever meet. When Dr. Robb did my procedure, I felt little to no pain and he made sure that I wouldn’t be nervous by making conversation to ease my mind, which really helped. I could not be happier with my results and I am extremely grateful for Dr Robb and his team for going above and beyond to help me get my ear back to normal. They strive for quality and that is what they gave me and I couldn’t be more happy. I highly highly recommend this place I can assure you that they will not disappoint!
