Mar 5, 2019Was very disappointed in the service here . Unfortunately I did not choose to complete surgery here due to the fact I felt rushed , unwelcome and not even greeted by the front desk . She has the audacity to pick and choose who she feels like being polite to and that is NOT how you treat your clients . Everyone should be treated equal and nicely no matter what you LOOK like . Unfortunately , Denise and Dr. Fiala were both nice but I can not say the same for his front desk . Please be aware of your staff customer service skills , they seem a little discriminating!

Jan 18, 2019I had 3 procedures here in their office and med spa across the hall, and the staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They always answer any questions I have. The doctor goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy as a patient. Dr. Fiala is very talented, professional, and informative. He takes his time with his patients, he explains the good and the bad in plain English so you can understand before he performs any type of surgery. He answers any and all questions you might have. Be prepared, do your research for any procedure, and he will answer all your questions. They even give you a booklet with great details and explains the entire process before any procedure which is very important to me as I like to know everything, and what i'm getting myself into. I would recommend Dr. Fiala to my family and friends. He upfront and honest which is rare these days.

Apr 21, 2018Dr. Fiala, Phi, Kim, & Dr. Rhee all are amazing! Their staff is professional, their office is beautiful and very clean. Most importantly their staff is kind, warm, and friendly. I have never felt like a patient that was treated as a number/a name on a file. They genuinely want what is best for all their patients and care about each of us. If you're looking to have any kind of plastic surgery, cosmetic help, facials, etc. they are the best in Orlando (voted #1 multiple years in a row by the locals) and you should give them a call and visit and to see for yourself!

Feb 1, 2018I had my BA done in December 2017 with Dr. Fiala & I am so in love!!!! My experiences with him & his team have been great throughout this journey. I did research for over a year & I'm glad I did. I am now 6 weeks PO & couldn't be happier. I had the final say on my size choice & he listened to what I wanted/expected. Driving an hour to his office for surgery/PO appointments has been worth it to me. Many people have asked me who did my BA after they see my results & I'm always excited to show off his work! Great doctor.

Jan 29, 2018Was truly disappointed with my consultation. After reading all these marvelous reviews I was confident he would be the one I would choose for such an important procedure as BA. Unfortunately, I realized during the visit that he wasn’t too interested in what I wanted to achieve, and seemed to be solely pushing what he thought was right for me. We barely discussed my history/ goals... just no bedside manner. Regrettably, I payed $100 for a consultation that led nowhere. Lesson learned. I definitely realized how credentials don’t always mean everything. Being friendly, showing interest/concern also matters.
