I wish I could give zero stars. If you are looking to have a septoplasty or any type of rhinoplasty done, do NOT see Brian. (I cannot speak to how he performs other surgeries - my only experience is with a septoplasty.) I came in to have a deviated septum corrected as well as a turbinate reduction and a collapsed valve fixed. The only cosmetic thing I needed was to shave down a small dorsal hump on the bridge of my nose. He completely botched the look of my nose without consent and refused to find any solutions to fix it. He changed the entire tip and look of my nose! He blamed my nose looking different on how I hold my head and claimed he lost my before pictures when they were emailed to me by his receptionist. Jenny their receptionist was the only helpful individual there. My surgery was on a Friday and they informed me to call a number if I had any issues over the weekend. When I called I was told I was inconveniencing them as they had family in town, yet I had a concern about bleeding from my incision and other issues. These items were minor to the fact that he completely changed how my nose looked without my consent and I had to receive a revision surgery (by a different surgeon in a different city). It has been mentally debilitating looking different when that was never the plan and has taken a serious toll on my mental health. I regret having him ever touch my face and will remember this as one big lesson. Please do not let him touch your face.

Honestly. This place pisses me off. I am left with an even larger scar, that hurts, is risen even higher, and extremely itchy. This itchiness and tenderness may never go away, but the look could have been improved, I’m certain, with a cut out and skin graft from my abdomen. Like I was told, but came back to next appointment for him to CHANGE HIS MIND. No say in it. Dr told me he would do a skin graft. Not put a woman’s cells in my chest. Buttered me up and made it all sound soo good. Lies. Also chatted whole time bout their own crap and life, not talking to me at all with what is going on and talking through the process. Poor manners. The cost I was prepared a bit of payments to be had… but grands!?!? Holy cow! And they pressure you to pay it off NOW. They don’t work with you, you begin paying and it gets sent to collections. Shameful facility. Years prior he even botched my aunts breast augmentation from breast cancer. She found a better Dr that fixed it all thank god. Come on. Work on your practice and be a little more humble.

I had a appointment scheduled to meet with the Doctor .for melanoma concern. I met with a Pa I was told they would could be removed in the office. Explain that she would cut my skin across and put Rods on both sides. And come back in a week. That visit didn't last more than ten minutes or less. Charging be over $240 .OO I was told she was going on vacation and that I would have the other Pa assist me. Not meeting the other Pa. I wasn't going forward to cut my arm in a office. I then notified this office of my concern. The whole process wasn't what I expected.. I called my dermatologist office they said I was to see only the Doctor. So I had surgery at thedacare and hired a specialist in cancer. It's was expensive office visit with no concern of my feelings. They want there money. The worse office I ever been too. Big responsibility to expect a patient that has cancer on there body. To trust a short visit and think cutting a arm in the office. Like it's easy decision. You give up your rights if you go there. Right to the last dime. The word I can't do a good job for my patient ..they aren't worth the money they aren't worth going there I left there feeling totally drained. Called my MD and hired a professional surgeon that specializes in cancer.
