*** first off im a real person/patient. I paid for a consultation and getting a hold of the team seems like a chore/pain every time. I started my srs process with this office 7 months ago and so far I've been the pushing factor to get everything done in the admins place (they never reachedout to me first or followup swiftly). This review is to let people know that you will not have a speedy process with this place. I wish I had gone anywhere else because I'm going to lose my insurance here soon and it would have covered the entire cost ans now I'm out of luck because this office is so slow. Dr Rumer and her team were very caring and responsive to me. My patien coordinator, Gina Morgan, answered all and any questions I had about anything. She even helped me with medical clearance papers. The whole process was easy and smooth! They helped with every step and made sure I understood everything. The surgery itself was perfect! I had no issues and my chest came out looking great! I’m ftm btw if that matters. If I had to redo the process I would come back here again! I definitely recommend her and her amazing staff. Thank you Dr Rumer and Gina!

I had top surgery June 28th and it went extremely well! Dr.Rumer and her staff were beyond helpful, so were all the nurses at Taylor Hospital! I honestly could not be happier with the results. Gina (my patient coordinator) made sure all my questions were answered along the way and that if I had any concerns they were addressed. Would recommend those considering FTM surgery to go here :)

Dr Rumer did an excellent job on my top surgery. I am very happy with my results. Dr Rumer was nice to talk to during my pre op appointments, before the surgery, and during my post op appointments. My patient coordinator, Gina, answered all my questions along the way. The staff at Taylor Hospital were extremely nice. I liked how the day of surgery, I was informed about each step taken to prepare me for surgery. At no point did I feel out of the loop. I would highly recommend Dr.Rumer for top surgery.
