Got a rhinoplasty in 2017 and I was interested in purchasing their pore mask. Went into the office to purchase the mask and asked for the expiration date on the product since I couldn’t see it on the packaging or the bottle. Waited 40 minutes until I decided I didn’t feel safe using a skin product whose expiration date was unknown of and seemed difficult to attain. Ladies: always ask for the expiration dates on any product you purchase, ESPECIALLY IF YOURE USING IT ON YOUR FACE! this place has no business selling products if they don’t have something so simply as an expiration date for the consumer!

First of all, I never ever write reviews, but I have had the MOST WONDERFUL experience with the Liposuction and Cosmetic Surgery Institute. I felt compelled to share my experience. After losing 160lbs., I had a lot of loose skin on my arms that really bothered me. I heard one of their advertisements on the radio for a laser therapy treatment to treat fat. On a whim, I decided to make a consultation and see if this is something that would help me. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I was in the right place. I was greeted by Lillian, who was warm, gracious, and made me feel extremely comfortable. It turns out, that the laser treatment was not a good option for me. However, I appreciated that they were extremely honest with me. They could have just taken my money, but instead they recommended other options and were very clear about the results that I could expect. I decided to go with a brachioplasty procedure to surgically remove the excess skin. I had multiple consultations, and they were very patient with me, because I had a lot of questions and was very nervous. Dr. Mameniskis, my surgeon, was amazing at answering my questions and showing me photos of other patients who had had the same surgery. Lillian gave me her personal cell phone number and responded immediately anytime I would reach out with a question. Where else do you find a service like that? I work in customer service and I can tell you that this is definitely not the norm. On the day of my surgery, Amanda my nurse was so friendly and nice and made me feel super comfortable and the anesthesiologist was awesome as well. Let me tell you, I am 10 days out post surgery and I absolutely could not be happier with my results. And the bandages are still on! I know for sure that I made the best decision by choosing the Liposuction and Cosmetic Surgery Institute and I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Dr. Mameniskis, Lillian, and the entire team!

Dr. Michael Damen and his entire staff are AMAZING!! I was an ordinary patient of ordinary means but he took care of me as if I was the most important person on the earth. I highly recommend Dr. Damen! Thank you Dr. Damen and thank you staff....all top NOTCH!!!!!

I would have given a five stars four years ago because Dr. M. did an awesome job with my liposuction in my belly and love handle. I came back to the Arlington Heights site for cool sculpting on my back, which didn't work and they charged super expensive. Besides, the people at the front desk are not friendly, especially the older woman that is always there. I decided not to come back for those two reasons.
