This was my first time visiting the office. My appointment was for 3pm and I get a phone call at 2:15 pm saying the doctor was running late and I could be rescheduled or I can see an assistant, I chose the assistant because I live in Douglasville and my appointment was in Atlanta. Other than that I had a very nice experience, everyone in the office was super helpful and kind. I will give it another try .

I was referred to Dr. Amy Kim by my primary care physician Dr. Charles Taylor. Dr. Kim and her assistant Ann Patrick have been wonderful in treating my multiple skin cancer episodes (basal cell carcinoma). I have been their patient for several years now. They have always exuded professionalism and have been giving me the best care possible. I feel like I am in the best hands and would not hesitate to recommend them both to anyone.

Do your research prior to seeing Dr Nahai and the injector Julienne. Dr Nahai is NOT a facial plastic surgeon and does random procedures all over the body. He did a full face CO2 on me a year ago (the quote I signed said FULL face) and left out my undereyes. I was so red and swollen after the procedure and did not realize the undereyes were not done until two days later. When I called his office, I was told he is on vacation until end of week and the is no other provider who can help with this. When I asked Dr Nahai at the follow up appointment, he said he doesn’t do undereye laser because this is a delicate area. I just went to see a facial plastic surgeon and undereyes are routinely done with a full face laser because of the additional 10 day downtime I will now have again to get my undereye area done. The injector seemed inexperienced. I told her I have always used Botox and it usually lasts me about 5 months. She talked me into daxxify because it supposedly lasts longer. It was more expensive and was gone after 2 months. I also had to have two follow up appointments with her because the daxxify did not work at all at first and I still had movement all over my forehead. She also had to touch up the other filler in my temples. She used a cannula for the temple fillers and the facial plastic surgeon said this is what inexperienced injectors use and it does not last long with this technique. He is correct because there was no real visible difference - the filler was expensive and she injected a several syringes so I was very disappointed. Don’t be like me, do your research beforehand.

UPDATED!! At the end of last year’s annual appt, I scheduled this year’s appt with the same doctor I had been seeing, who I really liked and felt confident with. The practice called me a number of months back indicating that “my” doctor was no longer seeing patients in this office. They rescheduled me with another doctor. I came to my appt. only to find out that it was not with a doctor but with a PA, which I would not have had an issue with had I been told I arrived on time only to wait 45 minutes in the room for her to then spend literally 10 minutes with me. Additionally, she didn’t even apologize for the delay when she came in the room. She acted as though everything was as normal as could be. She said she was calling in a prescription for me…this was on Thursday and today is the following Wednesday…it’s still not called in!

The service was excellent! I loved Dr, Kim! She was very professional and thorough. Her relationship skills were excellent too. The office was very clean from the waiting room to the exam rooms. Dr. Kim’s assistant was excellent too! She was very careful doing everything she did and excellent at explaining what she was going to do. Everyone was great! I would definitely use again and recommend Dr. Kim!

Absolutely terrible. I was referred to MetroDerm by a friend, who raved about their surgeons. Unfortunately, I never got past the appointment and scheduling...
