The staff that was there for me was great, however, I have a lot of scaring. It is important for everyone, I believe, to get great service, but when you are a Cancer Survivor you have already been dealing with a lot. You need the doctor to care about how your reconstruction looks. You want to feel beautiful after thanking God for Life. When you are left with so much scaring from wounds opening and not getting proper instructions, it is extremely hard. I went back to get the reconstruction completed and I heard the docttor ask his nurse, why was I in his office. So those with Great reviews on here I would like to see pics of how things worked out for you. Maybe it was just an oversight with my surgery, and I had a lot of them. However, I haven't been back to Dr. Mackay's office.

After an extensive amount of research, I chose Dr. Mackay to perform my facelift. Following my first consultation, I was completely confident I had chosen the right doctor. He is extremely respected in his field, passionate about his profession, and a perfectionist. He and his whole staff are so kind, and it is extremely obvious they all enjoy their work, and ensuring their patients are well looked after. I truly cannot say enough to relay what a positive experience I had with Dr. Mackay and his team, and I am just two weeks post surgery. I am SO happy with the results. I do not think of myself as the type of person to have plastic surgery, but after this experience, I would imagine I may have a couple more procedures in my future. I would never trust a surgeon as much as Dr. Mackay. In my opinion, there is no one even a close second to Dr. Mackay and his team. They are amazing! I have offered to speak to anyone who is considering having a procedure. This may be one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. I can promise you, you will be in good hands with Dr. Mackay and his wonderful team! I can't believe what an incredible job they all did!! Do it for yourself, we all deserve to feel our best. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mackay and his whole staff. At arguably the worst time in my life (breast cancer diagnosis and required double mastectomy), they have been reassuring, confident, and kind always. They make scheduling, insurance, and work claims easy (those things are never easy!). They demonstrate with every appointment how committed they are to not only helping me move forward after cancer, but how to feel whole again too in spite of cancer. I am unbelievably grateful to have them in my corner and would enthusiastically recommend them.
