Dr. Moak is a fellowship trained, board eligible aesthetic plastic surgeon for the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the ONLY plastic surgery board recognized and accredited by the American Board of Medical Specialties.

Dr. Moak is originally from Indianola, MS, the home of the Blues and legendary artist B.B. King. She later moved to Oxford, MS, and became a graduate of the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), where she completed her undergraduate degrees in Physics and Biochemistry with minors in Chemistry, Kinesiology, and Spanish. Subsequently, she pursued Masters of Science degrees in Biophysical Chemistry at the University of Mississippi and Biological Medical Sciences at Mississippi College. In addition, she studied Physical Therapy at the University of Mississippi Medical Center prior to obtaining her medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, AR.

Following graduation from medical school, Dr. Moak joined the Washington University Plastic and Reconstructive Residency Training Program in St. Louis, MO, the longest-standing and one of the top training programs in the country. Additionally, she completed an American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Endorsed Fellowship in Aesthetic Surgery with Dr. Grady Core in Birmingham, AL.

Throughout all of her educational endeavors, Dr. Moak has enhanced her learning opportunities through volunteer activities and research commitments. She has been an invited speaker and lecturer at national and international plastic surgery meetings and continues to serve as an educator both on the podium and in clinical practice. She contributes to the community of plastic surgery through these avenues as well as writing textbook chapters and manuscripts and serving as a peer reviewer for scientific journals. Her award-winning work has been published in national medical publications. She is also actively involved in her professional plastic surgery societies, serving on multiple committees within these organizations.

Dr. Moak is well known for her commitment to excellence surgery as well as education to provide exceptional care to her patients. Her passion and dedication to her patients are evident in her daily practice. She believes every individual is uniquely beautiful, and her mission is to help her patients look and feel their best.
