I have been very happy with my experience at Austin Face and Body. Everyone on staff has been extremely professional, the office is calming and very clean. Dr. Gauger did a fantastic job listening to (and understanding) what I was hoping to get out of my procedure and had a very detailed discussion with me about what to expect. Consequently, I have been extremely happy with the outcome of my procedure and the care I've had through the process.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience at Austin Face and Body with Dr. Azad. My experience was exceptional and way exceeded my expectations! My journey actually started 2 years ago when I had cataract surgery - I am a 74 year old male so a pretty normal procedure at my age. After that procedure the surgeon explained I could be a candidate for a Medicare approved surgery to correct my droopy eyelids since it would probably enhance my peripheral vision. But he cautioned me to only work with an ocular surgeon.18 months later my optometrist gave me the same advice and referred me to AFB.I met with Dr. Azad and her team - they did a thorough exam and testing of my eyelids and what improvement with my vision might be possible. The explanation I received was very detailed but also broken down in a manner that was very understandable! The office worked with my insurance company and was able gain approval for the eyelid surgery ! I opted to go ahead and address the lower eyelids as well at my own expense! It is now a little over a week post surgery and I am extremely happy with the experience! I found the care at both Dr. Azad’s office and the AFB Surgey Center excellent! I have followed the instructions exactly as they were given and already see results that I am very happy with! If you are considering any type of surgery in the vicinity of your eyes - please check with Dr. Azad and her team - her credentials are extremely impressive and the care you receive excellent! Dr Frautschi, Stefany, nurses and the support staff at Austin Face and Body are top notch. I’m very. pleased with the results of my HALO and fat grafting of my face and hands. It’s only day 5 and I look and feel good enough to resume my life with new found confidence. Thank you everyone. I also had my upper and lower eyelids done about 3 months ago. That has opened my eyes and are well healed. Thank you Dr Paul. I’ll be back😂😂😂!!!!! Dr Lisa Wiseman

10/10. Best injection experience I’ve ever had. I truly thought my body metabolized neurotoxins unusually fast (usually within 1.5 months) and I had accepted that as normal for me. Not the case! It’s been 1.5 months, and my results still look freshly done. That speaks volumes about the quality, technique, and standards of care here. My face looks balanced, natural, and refreshed. I can’t wait to explore more services. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

I had an amazing experience getting Botox with Dr. Frautschi at Austin Face and Body! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. The results look so natural refreshed, smooth, and still me. The whole staff was welcoming, the office was spotless, and the vibe was super professional yet relaxing. I couldn’t be happier with my results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Dr. Frautschi to anyone considering Botox in Austin
