My entire experience at Buckingham Center was the best I have ever experienced. From the moment you step through the doors with the lovely staff, to the nurses and of course the DRs. My surgery was flawless, they set expectations and it was easy and I am very happy (6 days out) from my surgery. The Best of The Best!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Buckingham Center for Facial Plastic Surgery. From the moment I started searching for the right surgeon for consultation, to now being 4 months post-op, this has been the best decision I’ve made for myself. Dr. Erin Smith is a true artist. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and skilled. The work she performed genuinely changed my life. Every step — prep, surgery, and follow-ups — has been handled with compassion and precision. I feel beautiful, confident, and so happy with my results. I also see Nurse Nicole for injectable treatments, and she is hands down the best injector I have ever met. I’ve tried multiple med spas and dermatology offices over the years for laser, Botox, and fillers, and I was never truly satisfied with the results… until Nicole. Her skill is unmatched — she has the hands of an angel and the eye of a goddess. Every appointment leaves me thrilled with how refreshed and natural I look. What truly sets Buckingham apart is how genuine and caring the entire staff is. From top to bottom, everyone is kind, friendly, and never pushy. No one is trying to sell products or unnecessary treatments like other places. They simply use their medical expertise to provide the healthiest, safest, and most effective solutions for the best results. I spent well over a year making a decision on a significant trio of procedures. Once I met Dr. Frey, I knew that I found a surgeon that cared about my concerns, took the time to explain expectations, the process and genuinely understood me. I trusted him. I finally pulled the trigger a week ago, and now I wish I had done so months ago. Dr. Frey and all the wonderful people at Buckingham are kind, patient, responsive and care about their patients. Overall - they prioritize the experience as equally as the procedure. I highly recommend including this center while you are considering your personal change. Although my results are early - I am very happy and trust I will be even happier in time.

Outstanding! Dr Smith is an expert physician. My results 1 day out and I 'm pleased. My desired facelift and upper eyes surgery I am so happy . I did my research for over a year, Dr Smith stood out in esthetic and professional background. Plus she is personable, caring, answered my questions. Sat down and gave me her time. She let me pray with her. I compared my neck picture to my 30 year old wedding pic, just as good, maybe better. The staff is great, my nurses & doctors. Special thanks to Madison and Marley. My search for a doctor to help me with a unique situation brought me to Buckingham with Dr. Frey. Can’t say enough good things. The communication was great from the start, got back with me right away. I was able to get an appointment quickly for consult and procedure. Dr. Frey was willing to meet with me to see what could be done. He listened to me, took the time to really evaluate what I had going on and was willing to take on a challenge to see if we could fix it.
