A proud Longhorn, he began his academic journey at the University of Texas at Austin and later earned his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University.

Dr. Frautschi completed an intensive plastic surgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic, where he served as Chief Resident, refining his skills in advanced facial rejuvenation and reconstructive techniques. To further specialize, he pursued a highly competitive aesthetic surgery fellowship under world-renowned experts, traveling across the country to master the most innovative techniques in facelift and rhinoplasty.
