Dr. Zach Barnes is a nationally recognized aesthetic plastic surgeon known for his advanced training, surgical precision, and patient-centered care. With over 4,000 procedures performed, he is among the most experienced cosmetic surgeons in the country, specializing in transformative results for the breast and body.

‍Dr. Barnes completed a competitive six-year integrated plastic surgery residency at Texas A&M, followed by a prestigious aesthetic surgery fellowship at The Ohio State University—one of only a select few programs endorsed by The Aesthetic Society. During his fellowship, he trained at the highest level in both surgical technique and patient care, while also serving as an Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery and contributing to academic research and resident education.

‍His expertise spans a full range of cosmetic procedures, including breast augmentation, breast lift, reduction, liposuction, mommy makeovers, and post-weight loss body contouring. He is also highly trained in performing eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty).
