10 Stars – Life-Changing Results and Compassionate Care If I could give 10 stars, I would. Dr. Bourgeois is AMAZING! She performed my breast reconstruction following breast cancer, and the results are easily 5-star quality. Even immediately after my surgery, the nurses commented on how incredible the results looked. I receive so many compliments from my other doctors and friends; most people can’t even tell I had surgery. My results are perky and natural-looking. While I still wear bras, I no longer need underwire and can finally enjoy purchasing affordable, comfortable options. Beyond her skill as a surgeon, Dr. Bourgeois is incredibly knowledgeable. It was important to me when we first met in 2020 that she works with patients of all ages and races, and she truly excels in inclusive care. Her bedside manner is unmatched. I actually look forward to my appointments because her staff always remembers me—it feels like visiting family. The office environment is relaxing and inviting, and it’s clear that her team of wonderful women truly enjoys working for her. As a breast cancer survivor, former model, and committee chair of BUST Breast Cancer, I often see Dr. Bourgeois at various events. During my yearly follow-up in 2025, I told her it didn’t even feel like a year had passed because we keep up with each other on social media. She is genuinely caring and stays invested in her patients' lives. I joke with her that when she performed my DIEP Flap reconstruction, she should have taken a little more fat from my stomach for a "bonus" tummy tuck! But in all seriousness, if I ever decide to have another procedure, she is the only surgeon I would go to. I highly recommend Dr. Bourgeois for anyone seeking plastic surgery.

If you are looking for an amazing Doctor, you just found her! One of my implants (from 17 years ago) ruptured. I put off having them replaced for 5 years because I was so nervous that I would not be listened to by the doctor like last time. Dr Bourgeois shattered my expectations! She listened and knew exactly what I needed. Not only is she amazing but all the girls are. They are literally one call away if you have any questions. The best part is that I got to buy a bra for the first time in five years and let me tell you, my boobs are freaking fabulous!!! I cannot thank her enough for being such an amazing doctor and person. Moral of the story is that you don't have to look anymore if you want an amazing doctor that does amazing work!

From the moment I met Dr. B and her staff I knew she was the surgeon for me. Dr. Bourgeois and her nurse Leslie make you feel like besties and are there for you every step of the way, even on holidays. I am so glad I went with Dr. Bourgeois. My results are absolutely amazing. If you are considering having the surgery do it and definitely go with Dr. Bourgeois.

I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Jenna Bourgeois and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She and her staff were incredibly kind, informative, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. My results healed beautifully and truly exceeded my expectations. She guided me to the right look for my body, and I have total trust in her expertise. I recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Bourgeois and her team were not forthcoming about key information before consultation. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Bourgeois for a breast reduction. I was told before my consultation to check with my insurance to confirm coverage. However, once I arrived, Dr. Bourgeois (who was 30 min. late) told me that my insurance will only cover surgery if they remove a certain amount of tissue. She used a formula based on my height and weight, and determined I was ineligible for coverage, and I would now have to pay out of pocket. I was never privy to this rule until then. It would have been very helpful to know before scheduling the consultation. I was never told that height and weight were deciding factors for coverage. It felt like this key information was intentionally left out just to get me in the door. I also had to ask multiple times for an out-of-pocket cost and was only given the final price of $7,700 at the very end of the visit, and not directly by the doctor. Even a ballpark estimate would have been appreciated. I understand cosmetic surgery is expensive, but this experience felt misleading and ultimately a waste of time. I hope future patients are given clearer, upfront information before scheduling. If you are considering a breast reduction, please know that insurance will only cover it, if a certain amount of tissue is removed. Your height and weight may deem you ineligible for coverage.
