Kurtis Waters, MD, is a double board-certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgeon at Advanced Specialty Associates, a private practice in Mendota Heights and Baxter, Minnesota. Dr. Waters sees patients at the ASA Baxter office.

Dr. Waters performed his undergraduate schooling and training at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. After completing medical school, Dr. Waters received his post-graduate residency training in Syracuse, New York.

Next, Dr. Waters underwent fellowship training in facial and plastic reconstructive surgery in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Dr. Waters is double-board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (ABOHNS) and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ABFPRS). He is the lakes area’s only board-certified Facial Plastic Surgeon who has been practicing for more than 20 years.
