I want to express my appreciation for the staff at Bellevue Laser and Cosmetic Center! They are courteous, professional and really make you feel welcome. I had an IPL Photofacial with Nicki the Licensed Medical Esthetician and am blown away by the results. My skin had quite a bit of sun damage from never using sunscreen ( had no idea how important it is) and age spots . In fact I had a brown spot on my nose people would say "oh it looks like you have a little something on your nose" and embarrassingly I'd have to explain it was permanent ( or so I thought). I used more and more makeup as I've aged to cover up these spots but the irony is it was actually making me look older. Since my treatment I've been able to use a lot less make up in fact I can wash my face put on some moisturizer and lip gloss and walk out of the house comfortable and confident . I can't wait to have my next treatment and see even more change. I'm thrilled and Nicki made me so comfortable in the process. Thank you Nicki!!!

Beautiful office and terrific staff! I have seen Dr. Chiu, Dr. Linnell and Nicki and they are all fantastic. Nicki lasered my cheeks to help with my rosacea and I had amazing results. I have had both filler and Botox from Dr. Chiu and Dr. Linnell and I couldn't be happier with my results. They are very knowledgeable and realistic about your results. I would highly recommend any of the providers.

I thought for a while whether or not I should write this review. But after having had a few other consultations elsewhere with a great experience, I feel the need to share my horrible and uncomfortable experience here. Initally, I did not know if this is just the attitude of cosmetic centers, but now I know, no matter where you go people should treat each other with basic respect and care. Which I felt none here. Instead, my consulation with Nicki, a highly conceited person which is blindfolded in thinking her lack of respect and rudeness is "straightforwardness", was simply filled with discrimation and offensive words. Not to mention the wait time here. I came in 15 minutes early and waited about an hour to be seen. I came for one reason and I was simply given a sheet with all the information for me to read on my own. Nicki showed lack of patience in answering anything and replied with discriminatory statements. She was rude to me and especially to my mom. She had one thing written on her face, "OUT". She did not want to waste any time on us. She even told my mom if she did not understand what she was saying, she can just sit there. Moreover, said how asians are all difficult and are never pleased with the results. She showed absolutely no respect, and was prideful in her so called "straigforwardness". I was really set on getting laser done here. But with this attitude? NO THANKS! I ended up getting HALO laser done at a seattle laser center. (not gonna mention the name to avoid people thinking I'm sponsoring them) The aesthetician there is nothing like Nicki. She is friendly, informative, and caring. She gives out great advice and shows she actually cares and hopes to help you with achieving great skin. Being straightforward is great, but careful how you use it. There's a difference between being straighforward and being blatantly rude and disrespectful. Hopefully, you will understand one day Nicki. I had advancing rosacea on my face and was referred to Dr. Chiu of Bellevue Laser Center by my dermatologist for treatment. After our initial meeting, she recommended Rhinophyma re-surfacing of my nose and V-Beam laser treatment for my face. She thoroughly explained the procedures, and what expect afterword. The results were outstanding. A 5 star result deserves a 5 star rating. I highly recommend Dr. Chiu and the practice.
