Dr. Chang believes the joy of being an orbital and oculofacial plastic surgeon comes from approaching each patient as an individual with unique reconstructive and aesthetic goals. Dr. Chang brings her wealth of knowledge, experience, warmth, compassion, and artistic eye to every patient encounter.​

Raised by blue-collar immigrant parents, Dr. Chang believes in the power of knowledge and the joys of learning. After attending Duke University on full scholarship and graduating with honors, Dr. Chang earned her MD from Johns Hopkins University. Residency and fellowship training took her to Washington University in St. Louis and UCLA/Beverly Hills. Dr. Chang moved to Seattle in 2011, joining the faculty at the University of Washington. She continues to publish her research and lecture internationally, learning innovative techniques from the best plastic surgeons in the world, and bringing this to her patients.  

​Dr. Chang provides medical and surgical care for patients with all forms of ptosis (droopy eyelids and eyebrows), eyelid malpositions, tearing abnormalities, orbital tumors/inflammation, thyroid eye disease, facial skin cancers, and facial trauma.  Cosmetic procedures include toxin injections, periocular and facial synthetic and fat fillers, eyebrow and eyelid lifts, and face/neck rejuvenation.
