Dr. Al Valmadrid is a board-eligible plastic surgeon who joined Dr. Mueller’s practice in Beverly Hills in July 2025. He completed his plastic surgery residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, where he was selected as the institution’s first integrated plastic surgery resident. He earned his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from the University of Southern California and his Doctor of Medicine from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.

His clinical focus includes aesthetic surgery of the face, breasts, body, and extremities, with particular expertise in facial rejuvenation and post–weight loss body contouring. Dr. Valmadrid is known for his meticulous technique and ability to design highly tailored surgical plans that reflect each patient’s anatomy and individual goals.

A lifelong violinist and active performer, Dr. Valmadrid brings a cultivated eye and refined touch to his surgical work. He is the founder of the Concerto Chamber Orchestra in Los Angeles, winner of the 2024 Nashville Philharmonic Concerto Competition, co-founder of MDuo, and most recently, Founder and Artistic Director of The Soloist Orchestra.

He finds deep fulfillment in helping patients reveal the dedication they’ve shown on the inside — with elegance, precision, and confidence on the outside.
