Dr. Allen Foulad is double board certified and is highly specialized in performing plastic surgery of the face and neck. He is board certified in both Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, as well as Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He achieves natural appearing results by having a detailed understanding of anatomy and executing procedures with great thought and precision. He has extensive training in performing cosmetic and reconstructive procedures and truly understands the importance of the harmony between form and function. Through his unwavering compassion and meticulous nature, Dr. Foulad provides exceptional and individualized care.

Dr. Foulad obtained his Bachelor of Science at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). He then went to medical school at the University of California Irvine (UCI), where he became involved in leading-edge research under the mentorship of Dr. Brian Wong. He continued his training at UCI as a resident in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery. Dr. Foulad then completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive surgery at the University of Miami under the mentorship of leaders in rhinoplasty surgery (Dr. Richard Davis), reconstructive surgery (Dr. Brian Jewett), and cosmetic surgery (Dr. Julio Gallo). Dr. Foulad is board certified in both Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery and in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Foulad is associate clinical faculty at the internationally renowned Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he also holds hospital privileges. In this capacity, he is also involved in giving lectures and hands-on training in facial plastic surgery to resident physicians, which he greatly enjoys. He encourages continued learning and development and motivates all of his students to pursue the highest levels of clinical excellence along the way.
