I emailed asking an estimated price of two procedures and the patient coordinator Liana didn't give me a number because "everyone's body's, faces and surgical plans are unique, pricing and candidacy vary and are determined upon consultation." I emailed back saying I understand patient costs vary drastically and asked for a "rough range" of the cost or an estimate of previous patient's costs for the same procedures. Again, all I got was no number and a push to set up a consultation. From what I can tell, all they care about is money here. I'm not scheduling a consultation that costs me $500 if I don't at the very least have an idea of what I'll be paying. I get that everyone's bodies are different and therefore, so do prices, but they can at least give me a rough estimate of what it'll cost. I've already chosen a different doctor over Ghavami for a different procedure and he's just as expensive as Ghavami (I know the estimated cost of this particular procedure with Ghavami because of IG & Real Self as it's one he's most known for. The two I inquired about I don't have any idea because he doesn't post much about it and there aren't many reviews) and the other doctor's patient coordinator gave me not only an estimate of each procedure I inquired about but so much more helpful information and definitely didn't come across as money hungry. Overall, there's better out there. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because Ghavami's work he posts on his IG looks amazing... but I'm not chancing my body with a surgeon who seems to only care about getting money from you. Especially when, on top of that, his reviews from past patients aren't as great as I'd hoped.

I had a few procedures done with Dr. Ghavami...my body went through so much trauma and pain. Not to mention what i paid!! I can truly say that none of them were worth it...actually it seems like i didn't get work done at all. I call them to ask about some concerns i have and they put my calls on hold and dont answer my emails. I was very excited to go with him because i thought he would give me the confidence i always wanted . Im not the type to write reviews or specially talk bad about anyone but i truly feel its unfair because i made a huge effort to go with the best of the best and not have good results and then just not get any answers back.

I have followed Dr. Ghavami for quite some time now. I finally had the opportunity to schedule a consultation a year ago (2019), just to end up super disappointed. My appointment was supposed to be a virtual consultation since I was an out of state patient. My appoint was at 12:00 pm pacific time Sep 11, 2020, and I was told I'd receive info with a link to Zoom the morning of my appointment, that never happened. I literally tried calling and it was impossible to get a hold of them. So I left a voice mail, I also sent an email to which I didn't get a response to. I didn't hear anything from them until a whole hour later. I work with doctors and understand falling behind schedule, but no one had the courtesy to contact me in regards of my appt while my appt was supposed to be happening. I still admire Dr. Ghavami, however it was extremely upsetting and disappointing to have to wait this long; having to take off work, just to be treated like my time isn't valuable too. Hope this helps future out of state patients. It's not the waiting I had a problem with!! I understand he a very busy and highly requested doctor! But there was no courtesy from anyone to let me know there would be an hour delay! I tried contacting the phone I was given in one of the emails (main line) I believe, and it said it was disconnected. I emailed the lady before my appt, while my appt was supposed to be in process, and was going to send one after my appt but that is when I received a call. The lady on the line to pretend there was nothing happening. Completely not addressing the fact that they were a whole hour behind. That would've been a whole different store. so read my review again! It was unprofessional and uneasy to get a hold of!!

After waiting 8 months for a consultation and making all the arrangements for time off of work and child care for our children to be watched while we left town they cancelled my appointment the night before. Staff is rude and the Dr. Ghavami is unreliable. I had read this was a problem during my research on him but sadly chose to ignore it until it happened to me.
