Not one to write reviews but recently had a breast reduction and lift from Dr. Fisher and I want to publicly express how incredibly happy I am with the results. I truly can’t articulate how fantastic I think they look! I was a little sad to have to get a reduction due to increasing back pain - but - I am SO GLAD I DID! They have never looked better. Thank you, Dr. Fisher. There is a reason you are ranked the best surgeon in the world. And thank you to everyone in your office who helped throughout this process. A top-notch team. Dr Garth is the greatest cosmetic surgeon of all time in my opinion and the opinion of many others. Not only is he incredibly talented, he is also down to earth and humble at the same time. I couldn't be more happy with the work of Dr Garth and I would recommend him over anyone. His staff, Bonnie, is like a big sister and held my hand throughout every step of the way. Nicky, their nurse is incredible. I really feel like I have a family now with the Fisher team and I would do it all over again and again. 10/10 5 stars

I interviewed many surgeons in LA & OC over a few years to help me straighten out my residual Bell's Palsy on one side of my face and take some years off. I chose Dr. Garth Fisher the day I met him, for him. For his generous contagious spirit. And for his clearly capable knowledge and decades of experience with the faces of public figures. Found him to be a perfectionist when it came to his work, which was my face. His bedside manner was what you would hope for from the easiest consult to the hardest post-op moments--calm, nurturing, but stern to ensure great results. I appreciated that about him. Bonnie & the team were sweet and a pleasure to work with every step of the way. And on it. Thank you all! And Dr. Garth--truly--thank you for sharing your exceptional talent with me. But mainly, for caring about me so much. I feel blessed to have been one of your canvases.

Dr. Fisher is fantastic! He made me feel at peace during the consult and gave me options along with his expert opinion. His bedside manner was impeccable, surgery went flawlessly, all of the follow up and after care was a breeze. No complaints. And the results… amazing! Exactly what I had asked for. Shout out to his team as well, Nikki and Bonnie are lovely and they take time to answer all questions and concerns. If I should need any thing else in the future, I’ll be going to Dr. Fisher.

Dr. Fisher is to me the best surgeon in the world. I was botched at 21years old in Colombia after being influenced into getting my perfect small perky small boobs done by a supposed trusted surgeon, I wanted them bigger in size when I fell asleep and woke up to the most excruciating pressure and my boobs were so high up and close to my face that I was startled, confused and upset. I didn’t recognize myself in them at all. I was reassured they’d come closer together and lower as they healed but that never ever happened and instead after being pregnant and breast feeding three times. What I saw in the mirror disgusted me to the point where I wore a bra even during intimate times and if not wanted to be in the dark. I hated them and could barely look at them without one. It looked like two different breast jointed to one. It was horrific. I’ve never fluctuated in weight and have never been unhealthy. This was a product of a bad surgery, implant and surgeons technique. I cried embarrassed having to even show them to Dr. Fisher. I was embarrassed even of my husband having to look at them. Dr. Fisher restored my confidence and gave me such beautiful breasts that people think I don’t have implants, I could literally tell anyone that they’re natural and they’re believe it. He made them absolutely perfect. I’m obsessed. I don’t even need a bra. I love them and feel like myself with them daily. His team was amazingly caring and made me feel so comfortable. I am so grateful to God for bringing him into my life. I lived for so many years hating a part of me and that impacted my confidence so negatively. I can’t believe how a part of me could have such a huge impact over my entire being. May God bless him and prosper him ten times over and May he continue to be able to impact others lives as much as mine for many years to come. Forever in awe by his magic.
