What an incredible experience. From the initial conversation, first consultation, and then the entire procedure, everything was professional, easy, and completely supported by Dr. Massry and his staff. The office staff was always available, guiding me through everything needed prior to surgery. I was coming from out of state, and they made it easy to navigate the medical clearance, medications, travel advice, and all the logistics. I came to Dr. Massry through a referral, from a very well-known, master facial surgeon in Beverly Hills. My unique needs (under -eye festoons) led him to suggest the expertise of Dr. Massry as the proper course. I had a Zoom consultation, and immediately had trust and comfort in his expertise, experience, and specialization. I had an in-person consultation the day prior to my March 7th surgery, where he mapped out the details and advised on a few options. I was completely at ease and fully trusted his judgment. I had upper and lower bilateral blepharoplasty, bilateral direct temporal browlift, and festoon excision. The surgery facility was great, the surgery team was friendly and professional, creating confidence and ease. I had a very pleasant time, and received clear instructions for the week I stayed in Beverly Hills. Everything during this whole process was on time, accommodated my needs, and created confidence and low stress. My week of recovery was pain free, and I had clear instructions on self-care and medications. The daily progress in my appearance was astounding. When I had my post-op after a week, and had the stitches removed, I was blown away by how I looked (after just ONE week!!!) Dr. Massry was just brilliant with his work. All I did was follow directions and got a result that was beyond my expectations. I can't wait to see how this improves over the coming months. Dr. Massry, and his staff, were available for quick phone calls and emails from the beginning, and continued throughout. I can't wait for my video call with him (again, I live out of state). The process, and results, are fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and result.

Dr. Massry is incredible in so many ways... Not only does he have extensive knowledge and skill as a plastic surgeon but he executed my revision surgery - which was an extremely difficult case - beautifully.
