Now, after a 2.5-year battle with breast cancer, I can say with absolute certainty—she was right. My journey has been anything but straightforward. I faced some of the rarest and most severe complications—blood clots, infections, and debilitating autoimmune responses from cancer treatment. At every turn, when other doctors hesitated or walked away, Dr. Orringer stood by me. He never saw me as a case or a challenge; he saw me as a person. When my body was ravaged by infections after my initial mastectomy attempt, he came to my home to personally ensure I was using my wound vac properly. How many doctors in the world would do that? Over the past 2.5 years, I have undergone eight different surgeries, including a nipple delay, mastectomy, expanders, and finally, reconstructive surgery. Dr. Orringer has been by my side through every single one, never wavering, always ensuring that I received the absolute best care possible. Last week, I finally had my reconstructive surgery. The results left me in shock—in the most beautiful way. I never imagined I would feel like myself again. But now? I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jay Orringer and the entire team at his practice. After my breast reconstruction surgery last Friday, I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. The minimal scarring is unbelievable, I can barely even see it! Dr. Orringer's skill and precision truly shine through in the outcome. On top of his incredible work, his bedside manner was top-notch. He made me feel comfortable, heard, and truly cared for every step of the way. His entire staff was equally fantastic, incredibly kind, professional, and always available to answer any questions I had. If angels exist on earth, one of them is definitely Dr. Orringer. Words are not enough to describe how wonderful he is as a professional and person. He genuinely cares; I mean, really. Imagine being such a great world-renowned doctor and artist and being this humble, caring, patient, genuine, and having a heart of gold. I genuinely felt safe when I saw him before surgery, although I was scared going into surgery. I had no worries when I was under his care, although I had a very bad experience with my last surgeon 4 months prior to this surgery. You feel it by your heart, the heart-to-heart connection and genuine care. Before my surgery, I never paid much attention to my body. Now, I find myself gazing into the mirror, marveling at the miracle and masterpiece Dr. Orringer has created. This newfound appreciation comes from someone who never cared about their body's appearance before. I never imagined I would enjoy seeing my body in the mirror. Dr. Orringer is not the kind of doctor who disappears after the surgery. He goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort, safety, and well-being. His care is truly angelic. I've even taken to calling him Dr. Angel. I could write volumes about him, but I'll pause here to acknowledge MC and Ana Marie. Both are beautiful inside and out. MC always responds to you no matter what. She genuinely cares about what she does and you, as a patient and as a person. Imagine two angels, hand in hand, genuinely care about your well-being. It's not easy to be like this and meanwhile be patient with your unlimited questions. Thank you, beautiful MC, for who you are. Ana Marie, with her lovely smile and heart, always responds to you, is truly resourceful, and makes sure everything goes smoothly, and you, as a patient, have nothing to be worried about. As soon as you ask about any need or resources, she responds like a caring sister. Thank you, Ana Marie. It's not easy to coordinate everything the way you do. BTW, you know I LOVE your outfit choices. We should go shopping when I recover, promise me!! Tory is also always kind and never forgets to have a genuine smile when saying hi. She is really authentic, lovely, and kind. She helped me a lot navigate what I needed clarification on regarding insurance. I learned from her more than I ever learned in my life regarding insurance policies. She is an angel who helped me like a dear, caring sister. Everyone in this practice genuinely cares about you. I feel like I can not stop writing about how wonderful you all are, and I am grateful to be under your care, Dr. Angel! I have to add more each time, but words are not enough to portray how thankful I feel in my heart.

I am truly grateful that I was fortunate enough to have Dr Orringer as my surgeon. He delivered results that far exceeded my expectations and was kind and caring every step of the way! He really is the best around ~ !!! He explained everything in detail before procedures, answered all of my questions throughout the appointments, and never wavered in his commitment to ensure an outcome I would be happy with. He worked miracles in my complex breast cancer case, saving my life and correcting the mistakes of other doctors. Dr. Orringer is a compassionate, skilled healer with a loving heart. He's truthful and honest, delivering results beyond imagination. In the operating room, during recovery, and throughout hospitalization, he advocates for you. His careful selection of team members, like physician assistant MC and partner Dr. Scott Sullivan, ensures top-notch care. The office staff, including Ann Marie, shower you with kindness and quick responses to any questions or concerns. While Dr. Orringer may not need my recommendation, I believe others facing similar situations should know about him. My immense gratitude goes out to Dr. Orringer, Dr. Sullivan, MC, and the entire office staff.
