I recently saw Dr Lee for a cosmetic surgical procedure. She provided excellent care, and her staff were phenomenal. She is a highly trained professional, a skilled surgeon, which is reflected in her work. Also important, she has a reassuring bedside manner. I give her a 10 out of 10.

Once again this doctor evades any responsibility towards the eyelid surgery she revised (UNEVENLY) + even more asymmetrical than before she operated (twice)...

Dr Lee is an amazing Surgeon. Her bedside manner and meticulous attention to detail is reassuring and makes you know without a doubt, that you are in the best and most skilled hands. I have been a patient of Dr. Kimberly Lee for almost 3 years and I highly recommend her. She always takes her time with me and has really helped me improve the area under my eyes. I got double eyelid revision surgery with Dr Lee about a year ago, and the results came out worse than before. In general the whole bedside manner of the doctor always seemed very rushed and quick. I regret surgery at this practice big time- Before surgery she ASSURED ME she could fix the asymmetry in my eyelids(VERY CONFIDENT) and now after having surgery with her, --with very uneven results. At her follow up, she was defensive/dismissive and told me there is no way to fix HER bad revision job. At my surgery follow up appointment she was so quick to say "NO" she can't fix her surgical failure for what was promised (eyelid asymmetry correction). And began to point out things wrong with your my face anatomy --which were NOT brought up previous to booking the surgery about the surgery going wrong. Prior to surgery I was told this was a simple surgery and it could be done-no problem. In my post-operation meeting I felt very much a bully mentality from the doctor telling me that something was just wrong with my face and that my left eye is "unfixable". I calmly asked for my eye to be fixed as promised and left with no accountability to fix these results done by her. Good medical practice would be to FIX what went wrong with surgery and you and your patient can move on, Period. Instead I was left with DISMISSLE. I asked for more asthetically even eyelids and left with no where close to what I was shown in the consultation room. Was not asking for much, just want the stitch to be placed correctly higher on my left eye so my eyelids can be more even (why I had surgery in the first place). I have asked other doctors since, telling me that greater even-ness in my eyelid IS INDEED ACHIEVABLE and more symmetry can be achieved, this is a botched revision job. In summary: I AM VERY UNHAPPY and just sad/insecure at how my eyelids look now. I wished I never went through with this surgery. I also do NOT advise going to Dr Lee, due to lack of follow up surgical care especially after a bad surgery result that did not reflect at all what she assured me she could do in the consultation room. I honestly would have just paid for this nightmare to not have happened because now I'm left with bad scarring and very very very un-even eyelids. PS: I also have a HIDEOUS SCAR-- which by the way I was asked DURING surgery if I wanted a stitch in it or not. (My eyes are closed and and I'm in surgery, how would I know what needs to be stitched where for optimal results and less SCARRING? Well- there is now a huge dark scar on my UNEVEN eyelid I WOULD NOT get eyelid surgery with Dr Lee, unless you want 1) uneven eyelids 2) hideous scar 3) no post surgical correction when your eyelids are left no where near what the doctor said she could do
