Dr. Malcolm Lesavoy is a highly respected American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) certified Plastic Surgeon and a Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at UCLA Medical Center. With over 25 years of experience as the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, a Professor at UCLA, and a Senior Examiner for the American Board of Plastic Surgery, he is equipped to handle all your needs and provide quality care.
Over the years, he’s also been the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), President of the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation, and the chairman of innumerable ASPS committees.
As a principal investor for numerous research studies, he’s published over 100 peer-reviewed papers, three books, and over 30 chapters in various Plastic Surgery textbooks. Due to his research and experience, Dr. Lesavoy has traveled around the world to share his expertise in aesthetic surgery, pediatric plastic surgery, burns, facial trauma, and so on.
Dr. Lesavoy has also been the recipient of numerous awards, including the most prestigious ASPS Clinician of the Year Award.

Dr. Lesavoy is the only plastic surgeon I would trust. I had an entire face and neck lift. With upper and lower eyes. I look and feel so much better about myself.

In the best way possible, this experience went above and beyond what I imagined it could be. Even more so because I mostly enjoyed my natural nose and was back and forth on doing the one tweak that would make me super confident in it… but Dr. Lesavoy did *precisely* what I asked and now I quite literally feel obsessed with a feature of mine that I used to feel good only on and off about. From the pre-op consults to pricing to surgery day to the follow up, I felt heard, educated, cared for, and even more importantly for a woman in today’s society - I felt beautiful the whole way through. There was no pressure to change my ask, relatively no pain at all after the nose job, a completely normal healing process, and support the entire time. I actually think Dr. L did better than I even could conceive - legend and artist he is. These people are the ones to go to… I waited over 5 years to find the right place! THANK YOU ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came to Dr. Lesavoy after seeing him on TV. Once I read over his credentials including 25 years as Chief of Plastic Surgery at UCLA, I felt confident in contacting his office. He responded in less than an hour with a FaceTime visit and answered all of my questions. I immediately scheduled my procedure and made travel arrangements from Texas. I couldn’t be more happy with the results!!! I never imagined I could have such natural looking breasts after having implants for 32 years. His surgical skills speak for themselves, but the kindness he gives to his patients, making them feel like family is just as big of a gift! Thank you Dr. Lesavoy!!! I will be recommending you to all my family and friends.

One of the most experienced, down to earth, talented and genuine plastic surgeons I have had the pleasure of meeting. I feel lucky to have been referred to him- his knowledge and expertise enabled me to trust his professional opinions about how to move forward and what to expect from my unique surgery. I’ve known Dr Lesavoy for 30 years. He performed by breast reduction, and recently replaced leaking implants. They look beautiful! He also did a little touch up on my nose. He is truly the best. I wouldn’t let another doctor touch me! He is simply the best. Do not waste your time with with other “facial plastic surgeons”, aka ENTs. He is a real plastic surgeon.
