I adore Dr. Kotler and his team! I was treated by Dr. Kotler for a very, I would say, complicated case. My nose was left with serious issues after my Rhinoplasty history. I had a scarred and indented collumela, little scars on the side of my nose, and general flattened structure to my tip. All I saw for 3 years when I looked in the mirror were these issues with my nose. Dr. Kotler made me feel instantly at ease. He is so funny and personable! We did several sessions of non surgical filler to my nose to restructure the collumela and the areas of flattening and little scars on the sides of my nose. What a difference, I am thrilled! We literally rebuilt my nose and I am so incredibly grateful! Not to mention I did this while laughing and feeling so comfortable all the way through. I could not be happier. I am incredibly grateful to him and his wonderful team!

Dr Kotler and his team were/are the best! Unlike other surgeons in the area, Dr Kotler actually spent time with me during our hour long consultation. He discussed the issues with my nose, the surgery, and post op. The surgery center was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. The post op experience was amazing. Dr Kotler called to make sure I was doing well, set up nearly weekly appointments to make sure my nose was healing. I am so grateful for Dr Kotler and his team! Thank you Dr Kotler and Mary!!!!

UPDATE! UPDATE! Earlier this week, I had a lovely follow-up appointment with Dr. Kotler and Mary. I had not seen them since my last procedure back in 2020, so as you can imagine it felt like a lifetime had gone by and there was so much to talk about! I received a warm welcome at their brand new office. It was a pleasure to reconnect again. I am still so happy with the results of my last procedure. I had a minimal set of the permanent nose injections, perfected by Dr Kotler. My result is beautiful and looks as fresh as the day I had it done. The only adjustment I wanted to make for myself personally was to have some fullness injected into the very bottom of my nose. I used to have a very full columella, but unfortunately a DIFFERENT surgeon had completely removed it during my surgical rhinoplasty back in 2015. I’ve always missed that part of my nose. Dr. Kotler listened to all of my wants and also looked over the old photos I brought in showcasing my original pre-op nose (I came fully prepared this time)! Doctor was happy to oblige, and also explained how he was going to administer the filler, stating that the bottom portion of the nose requires careful planning because the blood vessels need the appropriate space to aid in proper blood flow. 4 days later…I am THRILLED with the result! It looks so beautiful and it adds a tiny, little bit of detail to my face that I really missed for so many years. It looks so great from the front, and especially the side profile. Dr Kotler has not only instilled great confidence within me…In his care, he has taught me to trust again. PREVIOUS REVEIW/2020 Seeking treatment from Dr. Kotler is one of the BEST decisions I ever made. When proper research meets an incredible surgeon, with a dash of divine timing, you are blessed with beautiful results! I began researching revision procedures after recovering from an unsatisfactory rhinoplasty performed by a different doctor in 2015. I was so unhappy with the result of my previous surgery. My nose was too thin, too pointy, too tilted. I quickly set up an appointment to meet Dr. Kotler after seeing many online articles showcasing his advancements in the use of silicon as a permanent filler. It was incredible to witness! After my first initial injection, which took only about 5-10 minutes, my nose immediately took on a more soft, natural shape. Dr. Kotler listened to my wants and concerns and mapped out a procedural plan that included two more sets of injections (this is to insure that the nose will adapt to the filler as it settles comfortably). I AM IN LOVE with my new nose and profile! I couldn’t be happier with the finished result and more importantly than anything else is that Dr. Kotler and his team (shout out to Mary & Annette) were beyond kind, patient and assuring! I was actually sad saying goodbye after my final session, but as far as Im concerned, I consider myself a loyal patient for life!

I visited Dr. Kotler for saline nose injections after 3 unsuccessful surgeries with another surgeon. I was initially very nervous about the saline, but Dr. Kotler immediately made me feel comfortable. Not only is he an expert of his craft, but he’s conservative and transparent. If you’re hesitating to move forward you should definitely call his lead nurse Mary Jaku as she also does an excellent job providing transparent information. Even though I ended up needing more treatments than I had hoped, I appreciated how conservative and methodical Dr. Kotler was as he genuinely wanted me to have the best results possible. I wish I had known about Dr. Kotler after my first surgery (could have saved me a lot of physical and emotional stress, time, and money). You can truly trust Dr. Kotler with your nose - I will never let anyone other than Dr. Kotler touch my nose again!

Dr Kotler literally changed my life!!!! I had rhinoplasty done a couple of months ago and not only does it look amazing but I can also breathe so much better. Being an airline pilot I am constantly up at altitude and pressure changes, after my surgery I’ve been breathing so much better when I’m in the plane. His team is just as great as him, and everyone was only a text away with any questions I had throughout the whole process. If you are trying to make a decision, Dr Kotler is the one.
