I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Patel and his amazing team! They are absolutely top-notch. Let me tell you, I had chin lipo, and it has honestly transformed my entire life! I can't believe I didn't do it sooner; the before and after pictures are mind-blowing. While I'm still in the healing process and have a tiny bump that needs to smooth out, I couldn't be happier with my results. From the very first consultation to all the follow-ups, the experience has been absolutely fantastic. Dr. Patel and staff were all great! Went here for chin lipo and was really nervous as this was my first time receiving lipo. As soon as I stepped foot into the office, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Patel thoroughly examined my facial anatomy to discuss what I should expect my results to look like after the procedure. He also explained to me in detail what I should expect during and after the procedure which helped me prep for a smooth recovery. The procedure was painless and super quick! I couldn’t be happier with my results. Thank you Dr. Patel and staff for making my experience so pleasant!

5/5 stars Dr Patel is the most knowledgeable doctor in facial cosmetic procedures I have came across. If you are considering getting buccal fat removal look no further. There are several dangerous risks when getting this procedure done some that even may cause permanent facial nerve damage and this is the exact reason why I did not trust any other Dr. To my luck a nerve was exposed during surgery but I am beyond thankful I went to sagar aesthetics because of thorough examination the nerve was worked around and there was no facial nerve injury. They were very personable patient and extremely quick in the OR it took about 10 minutes for the total procedure. I had no pain whatsoever leaving the office just some swelling that majorly resolved within the next week. If you have any questions dr Patel and his office respond very promptly with any concerns you may have. I am planning on getting a rhinoplasty and chin Lipo next within the next year or so and will be returning. Thank you Dr Patel for you patience and your amazing work I am more confident than ever. And thank you to Stephanie and Alexa and all the amazing ladies as well that helped assist me prior during and post op.
