Kevin O`BrienMD

Dr. Kevin O’Brien has been a practicing plastic surgeon in the Birmingham, Alabama area since 1994. fter undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin, Dr. O’Brien attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas where he was named a Kenner-Allensworth Scholar and graduated in 1984. He performed his internship at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington and then returned to Dallas for general surgery residency at Baylor University Medical Center. He made the decision to specialize in cosmetic surgery and performed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. O'Brien has been in private practice in Birmingham since 1994 specializing in cosmetic surgery. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member in good standing of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He has been the Section Head of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Brookwood Medical Center from 2001 to present.
