A massive thank you to Dr. Kovacs and his staff. I found Schuster Plastic Surgery on the website of Ear Well; which is an infant ear deformity correction system. My daughter was born with odd shaped ears caused by her position in the womb. Unfortunately, there’s not a lot of information when it comes to correcting a newborns ear in a non invasive way. Thankfully after doing a bit of reading on the ear wells I decided to schedule an appointment for a consultation. Dr. Kovacs was terrific. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… I immediately felt at ease because I knew I was at the right place. My daughter’s ears shape improved and I couldn’t be more grateful specially because time is imperative when it comes to the Ear Well system. My daughter was 2 weeks old and I wanted to make sure she was in good hands and she definitely was. Dr. Kovacs was very gentle and patient. Staff was great, too. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you again, Dr.

This is my fourth visit to the office and I can’t say enough about the incredible staff, treatment and care, that is provided each visit!! Dr. Schuster is a master at his craft and takes time to listen to your needs and provides precise attention to detail!! Nicole is the best at keeping you calm and making sure you are comfortable throughout the procedure! I would highly recommend this office to anyone!!

Going into surgery can be an unsettling feel but not at Dr. Schuster’s office with his amazing staff ! 5 Star experience. From the front desk, to the nurses to Dr Risso to Dr Schuster. They make you feel so comfortable and at ease. They are very efficient with the procedure and make the whole experience seamless. I highly recommend this office !
