Dr. Sanan is a highly skilled cosmetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgeon and is double board-certified in facial plastic surgery and head and neck surgery. Raised in the Boston suburbs, Dr. Sanan is a proud third-generation doctor. Dr. Sanan’s family ties originate in Punjab, a region in India known for its beauty, art, and culture. This early exposure to medicine and beauty contributed to Dr. Sanan’s decision to pursue a career as a facial plastic surgeon.

Dr. Sanan was accepted to the Boston University School of Medicine out of high school through the highly competitive and prestigious seven-year accelerated medical program at Boston University. Upon graduation, he received the Dean Eleanor Tyler Award, given to the top graduate of the medical program, and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society.

Dr. Sanan takes the time to listen and get to know his patients. He believes there is no cookie-cutter approach to surgery, especially rhinoplasty, deep plane facelifts, deep neck lifts, and any other facial surgeries. Effective facial analysis and communication between Dr. Sanan and his patients allow him to develop a unique, patient-centric plan. From there, Dr. Sanan uses a refined approach to attain a natural, aesthetic result. His ultimate goal, surgical or nonsurgical, is to leave you with a natural, harmonious result.

Dr. Sanan did my lip lift last summer, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results. A lip lift is such a delicate procedure, and it can be hard to find a surgeon who truly specializes in it, but Dr. Sanan has done so many that I felt confident I was in the best hands. My procedure was scheduled just a few weeks before my honeymoon, so I had a ton of questions about what a realistic recovery timeline looked like. Dr. Sanan was incredibly thorough and patient in answering all of them, which really helped ease my nerves. The results turned out beautifully, and by the time of my honeymoon, the scar was already beginning to fade! Dr. Sanan's care was so personalized and he really took the time to make sure the procedure would suit my face, not just follow a one-size-fits-all approach. His team (especially Alaina!) was amazing: so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable every step of the way. The follow-up care has also been excellent, with check-ins continuing for up to six months post-procedure. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Sanan and his team. You’ll be in fantastic hands.

Dr. Sanan is nothing short of an artist. He performed my revision septoplasty and rhinoplasty earlier this year, and I could not be happier with the results. He created a look that is super natural and refined, is perfectly balanced with my other features, and still looks "like me", far exceeding even my highest expectations. While I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome, I would be remiss not to mention how smooth the start-to-finish process was and how exceptional the entire team is, especially his nurse Alaina. From the first consult all the way through multiple follow up appointments, Dr. Sanan and his team have been so helpful and supportive; they take exceptional care to answer any possible question, provide guidance and are available every step of the way. After my surgery, Alaina checked in on me every day to see how I was healing and if I had any questions, etc. I would recommend this team to anyone every single time and absolutely will be doing more with them myself in the future.

Dr. Sanan his team & Alaina were truly outstanding! I've been considering a facelift for years, and finally, after much research, I found Dr. Sanan. From the initial consultation, I felt completely at ease. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the procedure in detail, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. The surgery itself went so smoothly, and the results are absolutely fantastic, I've gained so much confidence already & I’m only 7 days post-op!! Dr. Sanan performed a lip lift on me earlier this year and I couldn’t be happier with my results! My face feels so much more feminine and balanced all thanks to his meticulous care both pre and post op. The incision scar is nearly undetectable thanks to his precision and aftercare instructions. My results have greatly improved my smile, gave me a fuller upper lip, and are so balanced that it looks like this is how lips were meant to look. Highly recommend Dr. Sanan as he is truly an expert with excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Sanan is an incredible practitioner with an amazing team to back him. Every step of the journey, from the consult to post-op, was provided with so much care and attention to detail.
