Dr. Wolpoe is a double boarded Otolaryngologist and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with 15 years of experience taking care of patients in Montana. Dr. Wolpoe and staff pride themselves on providing the highest level of expertise, caring for each individual patient, developing a treatment plan that is best for them and delivering the best possible outcomes.
Dr. Wolpoe did his Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery training at Johns Hopkins completing this in 2007. Over the past 15 years Dr. Wolpoe has worked in Billings, Montana taking care of patients with simple to complex aesthetic as well as reconstructive issues. His particular interests are injectables, lasers, aging face surgery, functional and aesthetic rhinoplasty, functional and aesthetic oculoplastic surgery, reconstruction after Mohs surgery and Melanoma surgery. Dr. Wolpoe spent 12 years in the Army reserve and was deployed in support of Operation Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2015. In his spare time Dr. Wolpoe loves biking, skiing, lacrosse and spending time with his wife, 3 children Harrison (16), Greta (14) and Jamieson (9) as well as their dogs Ozzie, Jax and Bruiser.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Wolpoe. From the moment I met him, it was clear I was in the hands of a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated professional. He recently performed sinus surgery on me, and the results have been nothing short of incredible. I came into Wolpoe Facial Plastic Surgery to have a two part treatment done by Vanessa and she is wonderful at her craft and very knowledgeable about skin care! First I had a Facial to address my skin concerns and prep my skin for the Skin Pen micro-needling treatment. During my Facial Vanessa made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. My skin felt so hydrated and was glowing afterwards. A few weeks later I then came in for my Skin Pen treatment. This was my first time getting a micro-needling treatment so I was a little nervous. Vanessa thoroughly went over the treatment process and answered any questions or concerns that I had. I suffer from Melasma that was caused by some health issues a few years ago and I also have had some sun spots pop up as my skin is aging. After about a week or so I noticed overall lightness of my skin where I had some discoloration from hormonal acne and the melasma. My skin looked more youthful, radiant, and it was again glowing! I am so happy with the results and would absolutely do this treatment again! Thank you Vanessa :)

I have had a wonderful experience, start to finish, with Dr. Wolpoe. He and his team have been great to work with, responsive to my inquiries and questions, and informative throughout the entire process. I had a deviated septum, and underwent a septoplasty last week. I got the stints out today. Everything went great. So thankful to breathe properly again!

Dr. Wolpoe and his wife Rhea do such a great job! I had FaceTite and Morpheus 8 done, Botox, and I would absolutely recommend them, they were professional, understanding, checked in on me, and I am so happy with the results! I will continue to go to them for more work in the future! I brought my two kids in for ENT help, and Dr. Wolpoe was great on the ENT side as well.

When I first made the decision to fix my nose, I really wanted an experienced professional who specializes in face cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries. I stumbled across Dr. Wolpoe and immediately upon talking to him and Rhea, decided that they were the perfect match. They not only made me feel safe and comfortable but they were extremely kind and patient devoted. Please if you ever are considering face cosmetic and or reconstructive surgerie(s) contact them!
