He is quadruple board certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, General Cosmetic Surgery, and Facial Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Rachel does not dilute his focus; he has spent his entire career focused on cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and body.
