The entire CSPS team is exceptional. I have been seeing Olivia for the past year, and she is the only person I would trust with my face. Her expertise is evident in both her technical skill and her thoughtful, strategic approach. She takes the time to understand your goals and recommends a plan that delivers results with precision and integrity, without compromising the integrity of your features. I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to share this experience because the level of care provided by this team is truly uncommon. From start to finish, they go above and beyond to create a seamless and elevated patient experience. Nicole at the front desk deserves special recognition; she is genuinely kind and remarkably professional. Despite a last-minute scheduling change on my end, she remained accommodating, patient, and compassionate. Her character reflects the culture of excellence CSPS clearly upholds.

After hating my arms, cropping my arms out of pictures for over 20 years, I decided to have an arm lift. At the consultation It was suggested that I also do Liposuction on my stomach and back. “I can take care of this” as my belly was squeezed on. “You will love your arms” I agreed and was super excited. $11,000.00 is a lot of money, but I totally trusted Dr. Moores expertise and expected amazing results for that kind of money! I was devastated with the outcome. My stomach looks exactly the same, my back looks better but still has the rolls, and that was the only reason I agreed to the Liposuction. I was told the reason my stomach looks the same is because I have kids. I even lost another 5 pounds to see if it helped. My arms definitely look better, but are still very large and I am still covering them up and embarrassed. I was in pain for months and knew something was very wrong with my range of motion. I talked to too many people and discovered this wasn’t normal results. Most people were fine after a few weeks. I lived off pain medication for 5 months. I was dismissed several times. Thank goodness, I saw another doctor to discuss the pain. I found out that I had frozen shoulder and needed Physical therapy. (Not the doctors fault) Tips: ask lots of questions! I knew nothing and was told nothing other than take a week off from work. I had plans to attend my daughter’s graduation the day after my surgery. My daughter is the one who told me to call and reschedule. Do lots of Research, join groups, do more than just one consultation with other professionals. Apparently Revisions are common and I wasn’t told that until after the surgery. Dr Moore is a very kind man and I was told he is a very conservative doctor. I didn’t know that and there is nothing wrong with that if you are told up front. For me, it’s a one and done surgery, I don’t want a revision and definitely wouldn’t have booked had I been told about needing revisions. Huge lack of communication, Discuss your Expectations at the consultation. I’m now in Physical therapy, chiropractic care and doing weekly Lymphatic massages. Apparently frozen shoulder is common with women in menopause. Again, nothing that he did caused it. They have amazing reviews and are all kind people which is why I picked them. This was my experience and most people get amazing results.

I’ve been a loyal patient for five years and always had a great experience until recently. After being switched to a new provider, I haven’t felt the same level of care. At my follow-up, I tried to express a clear concern about an asymmetry in my treatment that was important to me, and instead of feeling heard or reassured, I left feeling dismissed and very uncomfortable. I even ended up walking out of my appointment because I didn’t feel confident letting this provider inject me again. I wanted to share this because I care about the clinic and my experience up to this point has always been positive. I’m kind of at a loss. I just want high-level and quality care, the same I provide to my clients.

I truly don’t have enough words to thank Dr. Konrad Sarosiek at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery for the life-changing experience he has given me. From my very first consultation, I felt heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. I had been thinking about getting a breast augmentation for years but was always nervous, and Dr. Sarosiek and his team made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, explained every step in a way that calmed my nerves, and never made me feel rushed. His eye for detail and commitment to creating a natural, beautiful look are unmatched. The results honestly exceeded every expectation I had. I feel more confident in my body than I ever have, and it has truly changed how I carry myself every day. Recovery was smoother than I ever imagined, and Dr. Sarosiek checked in frequently to make sure I was healing well and happy with the results. I appreciate that he combines incredible skill with kindness and genuine care for his patients. If you are considering breast augmentation, I cannot recommend Dr. Sarosiek enough. He is talented, compassionate, and truly the absolute best. This has been the best decision I’ve ever made, and I am so grateful to Dr. Sarosiek for helping me feel like the best version of myself.
