May 18, 2022Dr. Downey is a amazing person, on April 1 1992, she do a cliff Lip surgery, To our baby boy, I remember the insurance doesn’t cover everything, and we need $5,000 , we don’t have the money, at the time to pay ,& Dr. Downey make the surgery, she didn’t charge us , my son only need 1 surgery he is 30 years now, and like she said is was a perfect surgery, you can’t even see the he has it. Mar 3, 2021Late last year I had a Breast reduction with Dr. Downey. My biggest takeaway was how comfortable she made me feel undergoing such a radical change to my body. What an enormous difference 2 1/4 lbs made to my shape!! She has met me with positivity and reassurance every step of the way. I'd recommend her to anyone!!
