Dr. Matthew J. Nykiel is a board-certified surgeon and an internationally recognized leader in cosmetic plastic surgery. He is one of the few surgeons to hold this double subspecialty and has completed the prestigious Cosmetic Fellowship endorsed by the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), which is the only cosmetic group consisting entirely of board-certified plastic surgeons.

Previously a member of the Stanford University Plastic Surgery Faculty and a Stanford alumnus, Dr. Nykiel earned his Medical Degree from Indiana University. He completed an esteemed Plastic Surgery Residency in St. Louis, where he was honored as Administrative Chief Resident and elected to the Graduate Medical Education Committee. Recognized by Doctor’s Choice Awards and Top100 Doctors, Dr. Nykiel is also a sought after certified VASER Liposuction Trainer, sharing his advanced techniques with physicians who visit his office to learn under his expertise.
