Super Shady, all the paperwork and documents in regard to your surgery is basically , pay for this, pay for that, sign this and if it comes out messed up its on you... if you want to correct it that's fine... and if I don't want to correct it then your S.O.L. best of luck to you patient. Thanks for the $1,500.00 dollar non refundable deposit and the $200.00 10 minute FaceTime consultation where I reasure you in Laymans terms don't worry I don't need X-rays or C.T. Scans Prior.

I was left permanently disabled after a procedure that Dr. Eppley performed. He is a practitioner with no ethics and performs procedures that he has no business performing. I'm limited on what I can say on a public forum, but all I can do is to warn others to stay away.

Look at this guy’s reviews on real self. How he left some patients with clear deformities then emailed back when the patient asks for very reasonable revisions : "Dr. Eppley has reviewed the details of your case and he doesn't feel confident that he can surgically achieve the aesthetic outcome you desire. We wish you the best of luck."

I don’t know where to even begin, but I want to write this review in hopes to protect other patients from everything I’ve suffered from Dr. Eppley and the port treatment and negligence of his team, which to say the least was unprofessional and unethical to the greatest severity. It makes me sad that I am seeing so many similar reviews with stories that seem similar to mine, that include various physical and financial damages from this practice. As a healthcare professional myself I’m heartbroken for these other patients as well and infuriated that the Eppley team tries to avoid their mistakes and treat patients so poorly. Not including the laws they are breaking and much as they try to cover themselves, that are actually committing more forms of medical malpractice and negligence etc. I can respect a medical team much more if they own up to their mistakes and try to correct them and address medical concerns. But unfortunately that was not the case for me and others I’ve read about. I feel that whoever is the head of the practice is operating unethically. If I was the surgeon I wouldn’t allow such treatment of my patients by my team. I would take over and correct it. Please be aware the demeanor of the office with do a complete 180 of anything goes wrong and you will not be compensated and left with damages. If it goes well that’s amazing! But this is not a practice I would support or work for a medical professional and former patient.

Recently had my first experience with filler treatment with Amanda Bouslog at Dr. Eppley's office. I was very nervous because I didn't know what to expect and wanted it to look very natural. Amanda was amazing!!! She spent time asking questions and explaining her approach and asking for my permission to do what she felt was best. I'm so thrilled with her work and my experience! The staff was warm and welcoming and Amanda is an expert and artist with her approach. I'd recommend her to others that want to look refreshed and not "worked on".
