Dr. Paul Rhee is an amazing plastic surgeon. After losing 140lbs the amount of excess skin I had was unbelievable. Dr. Rhee was able to remove and contour the skin leaving me with amazing results. Before surgery Dr. Rhee's billing assistant was able help me through all insurance questions. After surgery the office staff (Alex and Kat) were friendly and very informative to help make recovery as easy as possible. Highly recommend Dr. Rhee and Center of Plastic Surgery at Castle Rock.

I recently had a breast lift with augmentation done by Dr. Rhee. I went for my first consultation in May and scheduled my surgery that same day for October (by my choice, they had earlier appointments). Dr. Rhee's staff is wonderful and they kept in touch with me the entire 5 months. When I went back in closer to my surgery date, I was able to finalize what size I wanted. I explained to Dr. Rhee the look I wanted and the look I didn't want so that he was able to help me with the size. He always took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel uncomfortable or belittled. In addition to Dr. Rhee being awesome, his staff is the best, especially Alex. I had to go in for more follow up visits than most people due to something out of all of our control, but Alex made me feel so comfortable. I feel like I cannot say enough about how professional, personable and all around amazing the entire staff was and still is. This was my first plastic surgery experience and if for some reason I decide to have any other plastic surgery done in the future, I will absolutely go to Dr. Rhee. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rhee to anybody looking for a great plastic surgeon and great staff.

Dr. Rhee performed a complex breast reduction on my wife which took much longer than a typical reduction would take. There were many issues he had to mitigate to succeed. Not only did the surgery succeed but Dr. Rhee's skill and experience resulted in an outcome that astonished her other doctors. She healed in just a few weeks with very minimal scarring and is planning further surgery with Dr. Rhee. She has full sensitivity in her nipples and breast, no issues with nerve damage, and no post operative issues of any kind. We highly recommend this caring and highly skilled professional and will use him exclusively in future.

This plastic surgery office advertised online that they offered complimentary consultations, so I called to check if they were still free. I was told they were, so I scheduled an appointment. I was asked for a $40 copayment at the end of the visit since their patient coordinator said an office visit needed to be on record for them to submit a preauthorization claim to my health insurance company for facial acne scar revision treatment. The following day I received a call from an employee and she told me that I wasn't eligible for treatment yet because I was about to finish isotretinoin, better known as Accutane, so I needed to wait 1 year from when I stopped taking that medication. I knew a preauthorization claim couldn't be submitted 1 year in advance, so I asked their patient coordinator for a refund and she told me I couldn't receive one. Next, I contacted my health insurance company to file a complaint and they called the office. An employee at this health insurance company informed me that their patient coordinator told them they treated me for my facial acne scarring; however, no treatment ever occurred, so they lied. I have already filed an appeal with my health insurance company. I'd sue these people for wronging me, but the cost of hiring an attorney would be more than the money I'd collect, so it's not worth it. Please be warned that this office falsely advertises free consultations. I don't know if any other staff were involved in this scam, but as a future healthcare professional (I'm a pharmacy school student at one of the top pharmacy schools in the country), I'm completely appalled by their patient coordinator's extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate behavior. At least 3 classmates of mine are interested in cosmetic surgery and most of my 160 classmates know me, so it's too bad I can't refer them to this place at all. I'm taking the time to write this review since I don't want others to be deceived. Please be warned that their office doesn't operate or function normally whatsoever.
