Dr. Fayazi is double board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. She is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Following seven years of post-graduate training in general and plastic surgery, Dr. Fayazi moved to New York City to pursue her special interest in aesthetic surgery of the face and body. As an aesthetic fellow, she spent an additional year at the prestigious Lenox Hill Hospital and its affiliate, Manhattan, Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital. Throughout her fellowship, she obtained an exceptional training under the leadership of several world-renowned surgeons in the field of aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Dr. Fayazi’s interests are in surgical and non-surgical rejuvenation of the face, eyelids, breast lifts, breast augmentation, breast reduction, tummy tucks (abdominoplasty), liposuction, and body contouring after pregnancy and weight loss.
