Let me just say Monika and Dr. Truong are hands down the best team I’ve ever worked with! I’ve had three consultations done by 3 different doctors outside of Chicago and I was just not satisfied with the way they answered questions, treated me when I wasn’t prepared to pay a deposit because I was still deciding who would be a great surgeon for me. The other doctors were not board certified, but had a huge social media following. Dr. Truong and Monika treated me like family from the moment they spoke to me on the phone. Their facility is clean, and calming. They are super nice and full of smiles when you meet them! I’m documenting my entire BBL journey with Dr. Truong. I went to Dr. Truong when I wanted to get a breast reduction and it was the best decision I have ever made. Truly professional and a great surgeon. If I ever need another cosmetic surgery, I would use him in a heartbeat. I never found it hard to schedule follow-up or get in touch with him when I had a question or concern.
