Posting this on behalf of my Co-worker. PLEASE READ, BEFORE IT GETS DELETED!!! 03/29/2019 Madel Sandoval: I am a Cancer survivor, who was recommended to Dr. Clark F. Schierle plastic surgery, I thought it was the best option for my reconstruction, but I was wrong about a reconstructive surgery from a beginner or a second-rate doctor. Being that he has his office at the Northwest Hospital in Chicago, I believed this to be the best option. I clarify that before the surgery we had three interviews in his office to make sure everything went well, he suggested that the best thing to do would be to remove fat from my abdomen and that this fat should be put on my left breast to match it with the right and that taking advantage of the anesthesia he would also correct the wrinkles of my face charging me a total of $ 4,976.00, amount that was paid with credit card. After three months without results, he informed me that he felt my body had not assimilated the fat. I wanted to recover my money through the credit card company and since I had signed the papers of no responsibility before the surgery I had no right to claim the refund. What kind of doctor is this that makes you sign documents that exempt you from any responsibility before the surgery? I think it's because he knows about his incapacity and lack of honor. For this reason I do not recommend him to anyone who intends to use his services. Not only was I dissatisfied with the service and the procedures done. I still had to go through all the pain and suffering. I was really looking forward to this surgery only to be disappointed and now I am stuck with a debt, for a surgery that was not successfully done. If someone knows where to put my complaint or how to recover my money could you write me. Thanks for your help.

I am three weeks post-op from a rhinoplasty, breast revision, and scar revision with Dr. Schierle. I could not be happier with my results. I had been considering a rhinoplasty for some time and was convinced I needed to go to L.A. A friend of mine, also a doctor, recommended I first see Dr. Schierle and I am very glad I did. I'm one of the most particular people I know and Dr. Schierle truly delivered. He and Lexy listened to my concerns, were prompt with email replies, and showed compassion. The whole staff was supportive and kind. I was very unsure about the rhinoplasty as I wanted subtle improvements. Dr. Schierle spent three hours in total, at three different consultations, patiently listening to me, looking at pictures, hearing my concerns and explaining in detail the procedure. I knew by the third consult that we were on the same page. He told me if my expectations were a 10 he could promise an "8." I think he gave me the 10. My only regret is not giving him a little more artistic freedom with the rhinoplasty. I was adamant it not be turned up at the end, and he heard my feelings on the matter, but I wish in hindsight I would've listened more to his advice. It's good to go in with an idea of what you want but you should remain open to his expertise. I'm now convinced of his skill level as a surgeon and I'd recommend him for any procedure you're considering. As far as the breast revision, I'd had implants placed in 2016 (different Chicago surgeon) that were causing me some issues; I thought the issues were minor. Dr. Schierle seemed sure I had the wrong implant for me (old ones were textured) and he was completely right. Turns out the issues I thought were minor were actually significant (one had ruptured) and I'm so glad I trusted his opinion that the revision was necessary. I didn't realize how much better my implants could be. I'm thrilled with the improvements. He listened to my concerns about size, my demand that they not drop post op, and again just delivered results that were in this case beyond my expectations. He and Lexy make a great team and you are in skilled, compassionate hands at this practice. It's an unnerving process to go through cosmetic surgery but they've been great before, during, and after procedures. Clearly, I cannot recommend them enough.

I would like to give a great big, big thank you to Dr. Schierle and his staff. I would like to say that i am very pleased not only with my procedure that I had but the staff is beautiful. I had a breast reduction and a mini Tummy tuck, Dr. Schierle was very patient with me and I'm day 18 post op and doing well. I would recommend him and his practice over and over. I plan on having other things in the future and Dr. Schierle is now my permanent Surgeon. Thanks again DOC!!! pss.... very, very little pain.

Dr. Schierle has a great bedside manner. He is very informative and supportive of the patients desires. So please with my experience!
