Dr. Horn is the best! Look no further! I am so glad I chose to go to him. I've seen others people's surgeries and results and it made me feel bad for them and it was scary!!! Dr. Horn knows what he's doing and knows exactly what people need. He's a skilled artist. All his staff were awesome even the nurses the day of the surgery and the anesthesiologist! Everyone me me feel so comfortable and answered all of my questions. They validated my parking. The office was clean, warm, and friendly. They call you to check on you and really care. I'll definately be going back!

I have never had a surgeon or staff ever reassure me I need less done then I thought I needed, and they were uniformly warm, receptive and inviting. An experience I was terrified of ensed up making me feel better then I was before I came. In my eyes that is exactly what I wanted from someone I am going to trust to pay for surgical proceedure from. I will update again once I have had the work done, but the consultation entirely sold me.

I decided to go to Dr. Horn after visiting multiple plastic surgeons for consultations for breast augmentation. The staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Horn is quiet, but he spent time with me answering my questions (other surgeons I visited didn't even ask if I had questions). I found the imaging he did to be very helpful and let me visualize what I would look like when the procedure was completed. I had my procedure done on May 20, 2019. He and his staff made me feel completely at ease before and after the procedure. I appreciated all the written aftercare materials that were sent home with me as I referred back to them several times during my recovery. My results are exactly what I wanted and I feel great! I wish I would have gone sooner.

Best Doctor In Chicago!!! Dr. Horn and his staff make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk through his doors. They are very friendly and make you feel right at home. Dr. Horn takes his time explaining everything to you and answering all of your questions. Hands down he is the best at what he does and it definitely shows in his work. I give this Doctor an A for amazing work! He changed my life! To say that I had a bad experience here is an understatement. Dr Horn literally disfigured my entire chest after my breast augmentation. Almost immediately after the surgery I knew sometching did not look right as did everyone close to me- The implants were essentially entirely in my armpit. After first trying to ignore something was wrong, he said the reason the implants were displaced was because he implants were too big and it was somehow my fault- in actuality I told him I trusted his opinion and told him what size I was thinking and he suggested a larger size to which I said “whatever you think is best when I’m under”. About one year post op he finally “agreed” something should be done about them and agreed to do the repair “pro bono”, however instead of doing the repair correctly and in a professional manor, he was rude to my dad and best friend who were with me that day and gave the impression he was extremely mad and inconvenienced to be there. I will never forget how he ignored both of them and didn’t even introduce himself, looking back I should have gotten up and walked out like my gut told me to. It was quickly after the surgery we all realized he cut corners and they looked the exact same. About 2 years afterwards I finally went somewhere else and got them fixed (for about $9,500) and they finally look like they should have in the first place- This was 3 total breast augmentations in 3 years**** They were no longer in my armpits and way too high. To say that Dr. Horn scarred me is an understatement and any time I hear an advertisement on the radio I literally cringe. 4 years later and I’m still not over how taken advantage I felt and how disfigure I looked. For anyone wondering what the horrific breast augmentation I had looks like, go on Real Self and go to Dr. Horns page where I posted my post op pictures- I honestly could have been on botched and people’s jaws would have dropped. My only advice is do not go to this place for surgery- do your homework and go to multiple consults- I hope no one has to go through what I went through.
