Dr. Kate Gazenko is board certified in both General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care through the American Board of Surgery. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and received her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, AR. She continued with her General Surgery residency at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed additional training through a Fellowship in Surgical Critical Care at the University of Cincinnati in 2013.  She has completed advanced training in Botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and PDO threads with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.  She regularly participates in ongoing training with ZO Skin Health to remain current on their products and services. Dr. Gazenko has been proudly serving the vibrant community of Clarksville, Arkansas since 2015, bringing a wealth of experience and skill to Gazenko Aesthetics.

Hallie Lamb is a Nurse Injector and Permanent Makeup Artist at Gazenko Aesthetics. With her BSN from Arkansas Tech University, specialized training from the American Academy of Facial Esthetics in New York City, & Permanent Cosmetics License, Hallie brings a blend of artistry and medical expertise to facial aesthetics.
