Dr Milne has dedicated his career to the areas of facial esthetic plastic surgery, hair restoration surgery and facial reconstructive surgery. To that end, his professional  education, training and experience has spanned nearly two decades and includes 6 years of  medical school and related graduate medical education as well as 7 years of surgical residency and fellowship training. That training included a broad base in medical and surgical disciplines of general surgery,trauma and critical care surgery,maxillofacial surgery, vascular, head and neck, skin cancer and general plastic and reconstructive  surgery. Dr. Milne has participated in both facial trauma call and general surgical trauma call at major Level I Trauma centers in Chicago, Miami and Jacksonville, Florida. Most importantly, Dr. Milne's training included an intense focus on virtually every aspect of esthetic and reconstructive surgery and medicine of the head ,neck, and scalp.

Dr. Milne recieved his M.D. degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He completed a general surgical internship at the University of Florida, Jacksonville. He completed a residency in maxillofacial surgery at Loyola University of Chicago and fellowship training in facial cosmetic surgery at the Graper Facial Institute. He also holds a B.S.undergraduate and a graduate DDS degree from the University of Colorado. He is a licensed physician in the state of Florida and is Board Certified in Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He is a member of the medical staff at Morton Plant Hospital . Dr. Milne is commited to service to the Tampa Bay community and has continued to be a major provider of emergency Facial Trauma Call for Baycare affiliate hospitals for over a decade.
