This was the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered working for a doctors office! I scheduled a consultation and they were able to get me in the same day that I had called. I arrived at my appointment and signed in with my arrival time then I sat down to wait til I was called. As I sat and waited, there was an angry patient trying to get copies of her medical records. The front staff was able to assist her, but after the patient left, I overheard a female staff employee degrade the patient. As I continued to wait to be called, i saw a fed ex guy deliver a package and someone taking pictures of the office. The front receptionist answered calls and was very rude and mumbled after each call and informed patients she has only worked there a little over a month and didnt have answers for what they were inquiring about. I overheard the doctor ask if I had arrived and asked if the receptionist had tried to call me. The receptionist said no she will not call because I had scheduled that same day and that I was a no show so the doctor had left. 40 minutes after my arrival and appointment time, the receptionist looks at me and informs me that my appointment was 40 minutes ago. Never an apology was given. She said that the doctor had left. Not only did I sit there and listen to the rudeness and degrading the front staff had for the patients, my time was wasted. At this point, I had zero desire to reschedule this consultation. I simply could not overlook what I had seen and heard from the woman working the front desk and someone else behind the wall that I couldn't see. This was very unprofessional and I was disappointed to see a medical practice being ran with this type of manner. This was my first visit to this office and the first person I encounter should be representing the business in a nice and professional manner.

I would highly recommend both the procedure and the doctors and staff. Everyone was professional and encouraging. The procedure was painless and I achieved some great results.

Cool sculpting definitely made a big difference in helping me get back down to my pre-baby dress size. Being a mother of two this non invasive process made it easy to still be able to do my daily activities. My results are amazing I highly recommend this if your scared of going under the knife!

Wonderful and Relaxing > The staff was very nice and explained everything to me. I am at that age where my underarms made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. I received only one Cool Sculpting treatment and noticed a change, Very Happy. I also tried EmSculpting on my abdominal area and after the 4 treatments within the 2 week time frame I can she the transformation !! Very Pleased and Swimsuit ready.

Beware -you might NOT actually be a suitable candidate. I'm disappointed to say that my cool sculpting experience was not good. Although the staff was nice I didn't see any results. I'm in good shape except for some extra stomach fat. I work out 6 days a week (HITT/Yoga/Elliptical and treadmill training programs) so I was led to believe I was the 'ideal candidate' per their staff. Upon returning for my follow-up appointment after 3 months I found no results at all. The technician even agreed it looked exactly that same as the before pictures. Then she stated maybe my fat is "under muscle" making me NOT a good candidate. I wish I had known this before spending over $1600 on something that wasn't going to work for me. I really thought it was going to be a good option for me per my consultation with Crystal but it was not. It was a waste of money. BUYER BEWARE.
