The staff here is very friendly and supportive! Dr. Chang and Josephine (his PA) are super professional and talented! They are great at what they do! I had a great experience and recommend Columbia Aesthetics to anyone looking for plastic surgery needs.

This year I faced surgery and treatment for breast cancer. Dr. Chang and Josephine were so kind and helpful throughout my double mastectomy and tissue expander procedures and eventual permanent implants. They explained everything patiently and answered questions. They were responsive to after-hours inquiries and arranged to see me quickly when there were concerns. Monica is also very kind and helpful with scheduling. I was grateful to be under the care of everyone in their office and was happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend them.

Josephine and Dr Chang were wonderful when I came to the practice to have a large cyst removed from the top of my head. There office staff was friendly and welcoming and when I meet Josephine I was immediately at ease and comfortable in discussing my problem. The procedure required it be performed as an outpatient procedure in the hospital which made me a bit nervous but everything went without issue, quickly, and all went well. Had my staples removed this morning and I am so pleased with everything I am writing this review as we drive away. I would absolutely recommend Columbia Aesthetic Plastic Surgery to anyone!

Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish I recently had a breast revision and lift after discovering a full rupture in my silicone implant, and I truly cannot say enough positive things about Columbia Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Before finding them, I met with surgeons from Mercy and Johns Hopkins. While the surgeons themselves were wonderful, the scheduling was extremely difficult and I just never felt fully comfortable moving forward with either option. That all changed the moment I reached out to Columbia Aesthetic. From my very first phone call with their office, the experience was on an entirely different level. Every single person I interacted with—from the front desk to billing to the surgical team—was kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me. Nothing felt rushed or brushed off. One of the biggest advantages was that their surgery center is right on-site. It made everything so convenient and streamlined, and it eliminated so much of the stress that usually comes with hospital-based procedures. The anesthesia experience was also incredibly smooth — I had very minimal symptoms afterward and felt “human” again so quickly, which speaks volumes about the quality of care and expertise of their team. Dr. Chang was exceptional. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explain my options, and help me feel understood. I felt completely confident in his recommendations and trusted him fully with my revision and lift. Today was my surgery, and I am beyond grateful for the level of care, professionalism, and skill that went into every step of this process. If you are considering any type of breast surgery or revision, I cannot recommend Columbia Aesthetic Plastic Surgery enough. They made a very stressful situation feel manageable, and gave me back not only peace of mind—but confidence in the outcome. I’m so thankful I chose them.
