This is an amazing practice! Reana is very talented, precise and gentle. Her work is perfection! I’m never going anywhere else. I had scheduled surgery with another practice. I traveled from North Carolina to have a surgery. Upon checking in Monday, I started to get a bit suspicious. I got so uncomfortable with the lack Of consistency that I left the practice. I did a Google search, and I found Dr. Careaga. I went in for a consult with my suitcase in hand not knowing what my next move would be. This practice in comparison to the other was like Night and Day - or vice versa rather. The staff were so friendly, patient, helpful, and busy. These folks were just sitting around, holding up the counter. The place was clean anyway, but there were people constantly cleaning. The atmosphere was great! When I saw the doctor, I got a very honest opinion. Some of the work that I was going to have done wasn’t necessary, and he gave me some advice that I needed to hear. I was still going to get something done, and they quickly gave me a quote. At the very least, this doctor saved me from some unnecessary surgeries and expenses. However, without getting into too much detail, I think he saved me from much worse. Unfortunately, they didn’t have anything right away, so I had to come back home to North Carolina. Dr. Careaga: I want you to know how much I appreciate you. I think you are a truly an ethical, honest guy, and it appears you have a great team of folks working with you. Thank you much!

I had a wonderful experience in this office. Staff is friendly, doctors are knowledgeable, and everyone seems to love their work environment. The facility is beautiful and located in a gorgeous city. The parking could be a little bit of a issue sometimes but that is to be expected in Miami. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone! Dr. Careaga was my surgeon and I am beyond pleased with everything. Super Happy!!

I highly recommend Dr. Careaga if you're seeking a compassionate doctor who treats each patient as an individual. He is incredibly professional and explains everything thoroughly. I had a breast reduction with a lift, and just two weeks in, I am healing wonderfully. Karina is the best—she always greets me with a smile and is very gentle when cleaning my incisions. Leticia is both funny and caring. My patient coordinator, Lara, explained everything clearly and provided excellent feedback about the doctor and the procedure. She assured me that this surgery would change my life, and it truly has. I feel liberated, as if a literal weight has been lifted off my chest. I'm so glad I found Dr. Careaga and his team; I wouldn't change a thing.

The care was amazing. The doctor was very nice and helpful. Dr Careaga is very good at what he does. I am really satisfied with my results. Everything came out well and even the staff was very nice. Judith did my massages and she was extremely nice. Cindy was also very helpful throughout this whole process.
