Steven SeidelDr

Dr. Seidel was born and raised in Colby, Wisconsin. After graduating high school, he completed his first two years of college at Wausau, Wisconsin, where he was named the outstanding undergraduate. He spent his junior year of college abroad at Albert-Ludwig University in Freiburg, Germany.  He returned to the states and completed degrees in biochemistry and German literature at the University of Wisconsin, graduating Phi Beta Kappa in 1984.

Dr. Seidel attended medical school at Harvard University.  After receiving his M.D., he completed a five-year residency in general surgery at the University of Michigan. He then completed two years of specialty training in plastic surgery at the University of Alabama-Birmingham. Dr. Seidel started his private practice in Cullman, Alabama in the year 1996.

In 2003, work was completed on a new office complex.  It houses a clinic, fully equipped operating room, recovery room and hotel suites for post-operative recovery.  Dr. Seidel performs a full range of cosmetic procedures in this private setting.  The office is situated on beautiful Lake Catoma adjacent to Cullman Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Seidel is board certified in plastic surgery, as well as general surgery. The practice is limited to plastic and reconstructive surgery with an emphasis on cosmetic surgery.
