Dec 23, 2024Edited for accuracy: April cross made me feel uncomfortable and was very unprofessional. She explained the measurement criteria and how she would do it then said something rather inappropriate about my body, and refused to measure in the criteria she just explained. Of further exploring and realizing her actions were not only inappropriate, but wrong. I will be getting a second opinion for a medically necessary surgery in an office that makes me feel more comfortable and acts more professional. 2 stars because she at least explained what she didn't do.

Feb 22, 2022What a wonderful group of staff. Very friendly and respectful. Office is clean and makes you feel comfortable. Dr Jackson did a skin graft surgery on my 3rd degree burn. She did an excellent job! All my follow up appointments she made sure all was well and things were healing as needed. She has great bedside manner.

Oct 22, 2019A year ago today Dr. Jackson performed surgery on my 3 year old daughter for a congenital trigger thumb release. She was friendly and informational at the appointments leading up to surgery. Dr Jackson and the staff at the hospital went above and beyond to ensure we were all taken care of the day of surgery. They let me stay by her side until she was under so she wouldn't be scared. My daughter had no traumatic memories and a successful surgery so she could start school with no deficits. We came from out of state to see the best and Emme Jackson truly is great at what she does.

Aug 8, 2018My wife Anita has been under Dr. Jacksons care for at least a year and a half now. Dr Jackson and her staff are fantastic. I (David) have attended most every appointment with my wife and have been highly impressed with every visit. Dr. Jackson is so personable and makes you so comfortable with all aspects of the treatments that are needed. All question are answered and presented in a thorough understanding way. Highly recommend Dr. Jackson to anyone and everyone. GREAT DOCTOR.

Oct 3, 2017Before seeing her, I had an appointment with Dr. Carpenter in Cumberland. His staff was nasty and the office felt very pretentious. When I walked in for my apt with Dr. Jackson, I felt comfortable and welcome and when she came into my exam room, she projected such a good aura. She was nice, sat down with me and listened, provided me with multiple options for anesthesia. The surgery went very well and she has awesome bedside manner. She has real concern for her patients. I Highly Recommend Her!
