After many years of researching Plastic Surgeons, I finally decided on Dr. Toledo of Highland Park Plastic Surgery Center for a facelift. After our first consultation, I knew I had made the right choice. He was honest and professional on what he can and cannot do to achieve the results I was looking for. After 3 weeks post-op, I am extremely happy with my results. Thank you Dr. Toledo for your expertise and compassion. You truly are an expert at facelifts. Thank you to my anesthesiologist, Dr. Jackson for relieving my anxiety prior to surgery. Dr. Toledo’s staff was very inviting and professional at each visit. About 3 weeks ago, I decided it was time for me to take the plunge and have nose surgery. I had a crooked nose and a deviated septum, so I underwent septoplasty and rhinoplasty together. I am very pleased with the results I've achieved so far. My nose is still a little swollen, but the appearance is what I am happy about. Dr. Toledo is great! The front office ladies are all awesome. The blonde nurse, who I met for the first time yesterday, was very nice (and pretty) but that's beside the point. The anesthesiologist was great. He called me the night before surgery and answered a few questions I had. I don't see how people post negative comments about doctor Toledo, though. It's not like you're going to be friends with him outside of the office. He is like a typical doctor in terms of personality and communication. All I cared about was getting good results, and that's exactly what I got. 5 stars overall. I'm glad I went with Dr. Toledo.

Dr. Toledo achieved exactly what I wanted with my rhinoplasty. He sets realistic expectations and will be honest with you on what he can improve. Very happy with my results and his honesty. He strives to produce only realistic looking noses. I would recommend to others. All the girls at the front desk are especially friendly and sweet as well which is an added bonus when visiting the office

Dr. Toledo is the BEST!! I’m about 2 months post-op (primary rhinoplasty) and couldn’t be happier with my new nose. I went to a few different initial consultations, but knew Toledo was the right choice for me after spending just a few minutes in his office. He is realistic, honest, and extremely straightforward about what he can/cannot do for you. He will not operate if he doesn’t think he can get a 80-90% improvement, which I found extremely comforting. As for my post-op recovery, my initial bruising and swelling was actually much less than anticipated. The most amazing part is how natural my nose looks post rhino. People can tell that I look better but sometimes can’t pinpoint what exactly I changed because my new nose fits my face so well. I love that I still look like myself, just a softer/ more feminine version, which was my exact goal. His nurses and staff (Esther, Tracy, Emily) were so wonderful and I can’t thank them enough for the time they took helping me feel at ease throughout the process. His anesthesiologist, Dr. David Jackson, was incredible as well. He even called me the night before surgery to check in and see if I had any questions or concerns. As this was my first surgery ever, I had never been under general anesthesia before and was really nervous about that part. Dr. Jackson made me feel extremely comfortable and calm. Dr. Toledo is a skilled, confident, and experienced surgeon with an incredible team behind him. You can’t go wrong with choosing him, and his years and years of experience should put your mind at ease. He did not disappoint! Thank you again, Toledo and team!!

Dr. Toledo and his team are top notch. The begin to the end my experience at Highland Park Plastic Surgery Center was excellent. I am in the medical field, specifically the OR, and it was after much research and consideration that I chose Dr. Toledo for my full facial rejuvenation. I flew in from out of state and received top care and attention from Dr. Toledo, Dr. Jackson and his entire staff. Dr. Toledo’s attention to detail, his commitment, combined with his years of experience resulted in an outcome that exceeded my expectations. Dr. Toledo addressed all my questions and concerns to my satisfaction as well as listened to my personal thoughts and expectations of my end results. The surgery center exemplifies the type of quality professionalism that one would expect. I was addressed with comfort and competence that put me at ease during every phase of this journey. I definitely made a great decision and will not hesitate to return to his office for future care.
