This is my first time writing a review and i'm absolutely livid. I had a consultation scheduled for today that I've been waiting for since July. Today was the one day their app was down and I couldn't check in OR find the correct information regarding my appointment. Every building I went to, no one could direct me to the proper office. I called the front desk and let them know I was running late due to the power outage and direction issues. I was 1 minute past my grace period and they were so unreasonable. There was absolutely no way she could she could see me or schedule me for anything before MARCH OF 2026. I have to wait wait nearly 5 more months. And on top of that, she lied about sending me the questionnaire to fill out. I am in so much pain and discomfort both mentally and physically and they did nothing to provide me with any outside care. Unreasonable, I'm so disappointed in Baylor.

Zorica is amazing! I’ve gone to Zorica for tox, filler and now microneedling. Extremely knowledgeable and takes her time to make sure all questions are answered and results are perfect every time. Highly recommend!
