Dr. Richard Y. Ha specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face, eyelids, nose, and breasts, as well as Asian plastic surgery. Dec 11, 2023I had a total capsulectomy with DIEP flap reconstruction in 2016 with Dr. Ha after having Breast Implant Illness. He and Dr. Bradley Hubbard left a whole capsule in and multiple metal, clips in me without informing me before or after surgery. I am allergic to metal. I had to redo the capsulectomy, the doctor found a whole capsule and a metal clip. I called the office multiple times to ask specifically about metal clips and a mesh that a radiologist tells me I now have. None of this is on the operation report. They said there was no mesh and they claim they don't have the itemized list. I now need another surgery to take out the metal clips and possible mesh.

Oct 13, 2023Dr. Ha was patient and reassuring. A tumble down the stairs when I was an infant altered both my nasal bones and my maxilla, and the maxillaplasty restored my face to the way it should have been. I have an invisible healed incision inside my mouth and no loss of feeling. I really can’t say enough good things about the professionalism I experienced at DPSI. Thank you so much!!

Oct 10, 2023I cannot say enough good things about this doctor. He and he staff have been with me since the beginning of my cancer journey. I recently had to have a second reconstruction and it was a difficult recovery but Dr Ha and his entire staff where there to help and also comfort. Highly recommend Dr Richard Ha and his staff.

Sep 3, 2023Dr Ha and his staff are by far the worst I have encountered since my cancer journey. Super bad reconstructive surgery left me looking like Frankenstein. Then gave up on me said he couldn’t do anything to correct his horrific reconstruction. 2 serious infections under his care.

Jun 2, 2022I had a surgery done on my face and Dr. Ha’s work is impeccable. The office area is really nice. Jessica is amazing with a super warm personality. She removed my sutures and she was so gentle it didn’t hurt at all! I absolutely adore her. Aleena at the front desk is really helpful as well. Five star recommend from me.
